On time. Professional. This is an expensive service. But only one available for a group. They were in contact on the way to the motel. About time and flight delay.
The ride and drivers were very good. They said they never meet a family quite like this one. Was happy to get us to our motel with scooters and suitcase.

The driver was not there to meet us at the Limo service. He had gone off to get a ticket for parking and didn’t show up for nearly an hour from when we reached the Limo Service area.
Dear Mr Dutta, We would like to clarify the situation regarding your recent experience. Our driver was present at the designated limo waiting area on time and waited for an hour, as required, with his first parking permit. According to Massport regulations, vehicles are only permitted to wait for a limited time. After this period, our driver was required to leave to obtain a second permit under threat of getting a ticket by the Massport agent. Due to ongoing construction in the airport tunnel and increased traffic inside the airport, the process of circling back to the waiting area took longer than usual. These factors were beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter. If you have any further questions or require additional information, please feel free to reach out. Here is time line: 5:03 p.m. – Customer's flight landed. 5:16 p.m. – Flight arrived at the gate. 5:30 p.m. – Our driver entered the limo waiting area, ready for the scheduled pickup. 5:40 p.m. – Customer texted to inform the driver that they were waiting for their luggage. 6:30 p.m. – After waiting the maximum allowed time of one hour, our driver was forced to leave the waiting area under threat of being fined. 6:39 p.m. – Customer finely arrived at the limo waiting area and called, but the driver had already left to obtain a second permit. That is after 1 hour and 40 minutes of waiting.
As usual, Boston Preferred Car Service handled all aspects of this transaction flawlessly. From the initial phone contact, to the pleasant and safe drivers, David and Natalia, and the helpful texts, this was and always is a pleasant experience. The service is prompt, professional, and courteous. The vehicles are maintained in spotless, excellent condition. Nothing but superlatives!!!

First driver, Levi, picked us up from the airport on time, fantastic vehicle, super nice guy, great experience. Booked a week later to go back to the airport, paid in advance, driver never showed up, messaged the company 3 times that morning to see if they were late, not going to show, whatever, never received a response, waited an extra 30 minutes and ended up taking Lyft. Two days later, have requested a refund and still no response from anyone. No sorry, we screwed up, nothing. For a rate that's 5X what lyft, uber, etc. are I expect them to be better. Just show up. Will never use this company again.

Regarding the missed pickup and lack of response to your messages, I want to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this caused. Rest assured, we have investigated the circumstances surrounding the missed pickup and implemented measures and retraining to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. We booked this provider for transport from the airport to hotel and a return the following week. Levi, the driver from the airport to the hotel was excellent, on time, kind and courteous. The driver from the hotel to the airport never showed up, no on would answer messages, we waited 30 minutes and booked a lyft. Will never use these people again.

Levi was an exxclennt driver. He was waiting for us, initiated contact, had a very clean car and a nice guy Lemo scheduling company was excellent as well
Levi was on time and very kind. He helped with luggage, car was spotless and he got me to the airport in plenty of time.
