We had a great time in our tour. The local guide picked fun places we would not have found on our own. He even took pictures during our evening and sent them to us the next day. That was an unexpected, but appreciated bonus.
This was a great night out !! My guide was super professional, had impeccable manners and also doubled as my personal photographer. We went to authentic little bars and restaurants where my guide recommended the best dishes and drinks. Definitely 5 starts from me.
Our tour guide, Taka, was incredibly friendly, and he showed us so many hidden gems we never would've found on our own. All the food and drinks were absolutely delicious too. We had such a memorable night in Tokyo. Highly recommend

I’ve been to Shinjuku many times, this tour introduced me to places I would have never experienced. Kubuki-Cho tower was a memorable item.

Why use Viator if the tour guide just cancels on you when the tour is set to begin. We waited and waited for our guide and she never showed up. I contacted her through the Viator app and was told she didn't know about our booking. We only had two nights in Tokyo so we didn't have the option to reschedule. So disappointing!

I booked this tour last minute and was glad I did. It was a great night out with an overview of Shinjuku. Takaya (my friendly and polite guide) answered all my questions, showed me the sites and recommended the best foods and drinks to try. Highly recommend.
