The experience my family had was great/amazing. The tour itself was customized and agreed with SEAN WANG. It was very historical , different/informative lessons a person should learn for 6-8 hours which maybe overwhelming but they’re Not. We wish we had more time to explore the beauty , adventures, cultures, food of Taiwan . Our Guide SEAN WANG was very professional, punctual, very detailed and like a real historian:) He knows well his roots, country and his job. Next time we’re back or even a stop over, my family will not hesitate to request SEAN to be our guide again. Thank you so much for the time , information you gave us during our very short stay in Taiwan. See you next time:)
Vincent was an excellent guide—friendly, funny, and knowledgeable. He made the tour enjoyable. He was also very patient and attentive with my senior mother, making sure she was comfortable and included. We truly appreciated his kindness and professionalism.

We booked a layover tour in Taipei and had an amazing experience with our local guides, Bubble Young and Aaron Chang. They were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely passionate about showing us the city. They took us to a local dim sum spot where we tried classic Taiwanese breakfast dishes like congee, soy milk, and freshly fried donut sticks — simple, comforting, and absolutely delicious. They also helped us take group photos and shared the history and cultural background behind the places we visited, which made the short tour feel meaningful and personal. It was the perfect way to spend a layover, and we’re so glad we chose this tour. Highly recommend Bubble & Aaron for anyone wanting an authentic taste of Taipei.

I am certain this is not the correct spelling, but Hax-on was incredible!!!! We had an amazing experience on a very short visit to Taiwan. He gave us a great understanding of the history, the food, the main attractions and the friendliness of Taiwan. I even booked the wrong airport and he flipped around to come take us to the right one, checking on us the entire way.

10/10 experience, I highly recommend booking if you have a layover in Taipei. Jack was a wonderful photographer/historian and tour guide. He was kind, considerate and eager to show me around Taiwan. He even helped me practice my limited Mandarin. I was able to explore some of the more historic landmarks and eat at Michelin recommended Taiwanese beef noodle soup within 5 hours.

My husband booked the tour and suggested places we would like to visit - National Palace Museum , chiang kai shek memorial, Yongkong Street for lunch and Di Hua street. Jennifer was very excellent and was so early for the start of an 8- hour tour. Throughout she gave detailed information about the history of Taiwan and we learned new and surprising things from her. Her explanation of significant items in the museum brought ancient exhibits to life. She was very knowledgeable in everything and her English was impeccable. She was very considerate and made sure we didn't have to walk far in the hot weather. We would recommend her very highly.
