Rommel was professional. He was prompt and courteous. The van was very clean and spacious. The van was a perfect sized and was able to accommodated 4 passengers, 6 large suitcases and a wheelchair.
Excellent private tour services Rommel is very accommodating Our family brunch to the shrine of Divine Mercy we enjoy the personal touch
Thank you.. Happy Holiday
The van we booked was no the van in the picture. It was an older model with uncomfortable seats and little or no leg room in the first row of seats. Being tall I sat in the front seat but after a 2 hour ride to Sebang, we came out of the van tired and sore.
Good Pm, when was the van service rendered? Because we're not using any other Van but The Grandia Tourer only, its a 2024 model.
Excellent service. Our luggage pickup took longer than usual and our driver Garry waited and contacted us by WhatsApp. Smooth drive to our hotel for our group of six plus luggage.
Driver was on time! The last time the driver didn't know we were coming because there was no communication with Viator.
When we arrived, there was NO pick-up van waiting for us. And when we called the proposed driver, he stated that Viator never forwarded the pickup email to them nor were the payments forwarded. Good thing we had the ticket printed out. Then second day we called our food tour and got no answer. Very bad first two days, 8f you really want to know the truth.
I went to the end of June on an overnight flight to Terminal 3, Perhaps conscious of the demand for tourism after Covit, The infamous customs check was a free pass. So much so that I was not sure if I should really go by the customs checkpoint without even an attendant. I was able to pass through the immigration counter with facial recognition. He knew about the old days, so he beat the clock instead. On the way back, I was similarly surprised to see how easily I even entered the gate. So much so that I thought Narita would take longer. However, shopping halls and city streets were not as crowded as they used to be. It may be natural to change because it's been vacant for nearly 20 years, The absence of guards in front of the 24-hour convenience store left a lasting impression.
Driver did not show up and did not update where he was. So we applied for refund. We just took a taxi. 30 mins later driver messaged
If arriving during the day, expect long lines at Customs/Immigration - all though they are pretty proficient in getting people processed in a timely matter. Luggage carousels in arrival area is another challenge - take everything with a grain of salt, you’ll get through it easily. Make sure you arrange a pick-up for a vehicle prior - highly recommended, unless you want to haggle with Taxis.
I verified with this company twice before my arrival and they never showed. Their directions and contact information was near impossible- I ended up taking a taxi, which was cheaper and MUCH MORE reliable. Utterly disappointed.
