We wanted to love this experience, and in some ways we did — the chef, bartender, and our host were all wonderful. Warm, attentive, and a genuine highlight of the day. We rented the Bali Catamaran for a group of 13 friends celebrating a bachelorette. Unfortunately, several things left us unable to recommend this particular boat. Surprise photographer fees: An on-board photographer joined us without any advance notice. He was kind and professional, but the photos came with a price tag of $25 per photo or $200 for the full set — something that was never communicated before or during boarding. Had we known, we simply would've taken our own photos on our phones. This felt like a hidden upsell. Boat condition vs. photos: The boat looked much nicer in the listing photos than it did in person. The bedroom had an unmade bed, making it essentially unusable. Safety concerns: This is the most serious issue. Upon boarding, no one showed us where the life jackets were located. There was also no first aid kit on board. During a bumpy stretch of the ride, one of our guests got a significant gash on her knee — and the crew had absolutely nothing to help with the wound. Thankfully, another guest happened to have a bandaid. This is unacceptable and a genuine safety liability. Limited water toys: The listing advertises water toys, but the only items available were one large floating pad and one paddleboard. Quite a stretch from what was implied. The staff made the best of the day, and we're grateful for them. But between the undisclosed charges, the boat's condition, the lack of safety equipment, and the sparse amenities, we would not book the Bali yacht again.

Captain Jorge, Thomas, Bella and Chef Ricardo are an absolute powerhouse team on the Bali Catamaran. We booked the boat for the entire day and they delivered an incredible experience. Not only did they take us to amazing spots to dive, but they also caught fresh lobster and fish and prepared it right on board. Hands down, the best meal we’ve had all week during our stay in Tulum.

We had the most amazing experience celebrating my birthday. My husband chartered a catamaran for us and worked with the staff to surprise me with decorations and a cake, it made me feel so special. Bella was fantastic , the food was amazing, the drinks were delicious and the entire staff was phenomenal. Would highly recommend to everyone!

We had the best time and the crew was awesome! Very attentive to our group and the service was beyond. They taught one of the ladies in our group how to paddle board for the first time and were so patient and helpful. She even lost her glasses in the water and 2 of the crew members jumped right in and found them. Great job guys!
