Raj was in constant contact with me before my flight took off in the U.S. and once I landed. He was waiting as soon as I left customs and carried my luggage to the car. I would 100% use this service again instead off trying to find where the ride share area is in the airport.

Good communication beforehand to give pertinent information. Driver was right there waiting for us as we entered baggage claim. Very nice clean and large van. Our driver had fun facts about NZ and we learned a lot on the drive into city.

Mahendra sent me a message with directions for our arrival the day before As we exited the terminal and followed his easy directions there he was!! He greeted us with a friendly smile and helped with our bags He was so very friendly welcoming kind and patient! He safely drove us to our hotel offering us helpful tips along the way

Just a fantastic experience. Our flight was delayed from Sydney, I have sent a message to Sanjeev. When we arrived at Auckland, he was there waiting for us with a big welcoming smile.
