Definitely plan on a rest day before and after this exciting all day adventure kayaking, climbing into the caves and up the rocks to jump as well as snorkeling! João, thank you for the great day and the experience + adventure in Arrábida! From the very beginning, everything was perfect, the meeting point super organized, no stress, no confusion. The journey in the cart was already an experience in itself, great vibes, good music and above all the sharing of stories about the region, the mountains and its people. You can tell João truly loves what he does, and that makes all the difference. If you are looking for an authentic experience in Arrábida, with nature, good disposition and genuine surprises, this is it. A truly wonderful experience - we had an absolute blast with our guide João, who kept us going all day long with his energy, enthusiasm, and (bad) jokes. Incredible landscapes (including underwater), great fun in the caves, in the kayak, and while cliff jumping, plus delicious, thoughtfully prepared food and drinks (some from their own vineyard) with something for everyone. Would absolutely recommend, truly worth the money!

Very active! We had so much fun with Joao, he is so enthusiastic and friendly. He showed us amazing cave spots and told us interesting stories that you would never learn about without the help of a true local. Joao was clearly extremely passionate and he went the extra mile with great food, drinks, and even impressive GoPro photos and videos of the entire experience.

Absolutely amazing! One of the best experiences I’ve ever had. It’s truly something everyone should try at least once in their life—although after doing it, you’ll probably want to come back again. My only advice is to keep the day before and especially the day after relatively free. It can be kinda tiring, so avoid packing too many physically demanding activities into your itinerary. That said, every bit of it is completely worth it. I couldn’t recommend it more!

Fantastic day, good laughs, good water and great fun. Informative, active and good energy. Great food after a good paddle. Also enjoyed swimming with the fishes and jumping off cliffs.

Wonderful experience with a high energy guide! We went into caves and jumped off cliffs and did activities that other Kayak groups going into the same region did not do. Highly reccommend!
