På denna rundtur i Roma-kvarteret upptäcker du smakerna, ritualerna och hemligheterna bakom Mexikos förspanska drycker. Vi börjar med en traditionell pulquería, där du får lära dig om pulque, "gudarnas dryck", en dryck med en djup kulturell och förfäders identitet. Här kan du också lära dig några danssteg... eller öva om du redan vet hur man rör sig. Efteråt promenerar vi genom Roms charmiga gator. Längs vägen stannar vi för att njuta av ett majsbaserat mellanmål, en helig ingrediens i den mesoamerikanska världsbilden. Vår promenad fortsätter till en mycket speciell plats, där du får smaka på en drink inspirerad av den mexikanska flaggans färger. Vi kommer att dela med oss av spel, legender och roliga aktiviteter som kommer att förknippa dig med det antika Mexiko. För de som vill fortsätta äventyret erbjuder vi ett valfritt slutstopp: en dold bar, där ni upptäcker att även chilipeppar har sin plats i mexikanska cocktails.

Vi möts i den här lilla parken framför statyn av Alexander Pusjkin.
På denna plats kommer vi att lära känna en mycket speciell pulquería där du, om du vill, kan visa upp dina bästa danssteg ackompanjerat av livebandet; Även om dans inte är din grej kan du lyssna på bandet och se alla dansare ta över dansgolvet. Jag försäkrar dig att du kommer att vilja lära dig!
Vi går genom gatorna i Colonia Roma Norte, där vi får möjlighet att stanna och prova de berömda esquites, ett utsökt mellanmål du inte får missa om du är i Mexiko.
Efteråt kommer vi att flytta till en annan pulquería men den här gången kommer vi att fokusera på en annan drink, mezcal.
Slutligen kommer vi att visa dig en mezcaleria som tar dig till förspanska Mexiko, och det är här vår turné kommer att sluta.

The tour was an unexpected mix of stories and flavors that surprised me. It’s not the typical tourist experience: you should be open to trying new things and doing different things. And I definitely recommend it for when you are in Mexico City!

I had a great experience with this tour. The places we were taken took had a great vibe, the drinks were very nice and I did feel it as a mexican essence experience. The guide is really wanting to show her country.

I had such a great time on this tour! It was a unique and fun way to explore the city — we visited hidden spots I wouldn’t have found on my own and got to taste some amazing local food and drinks. The guide was super knowledgeable and friendly, sharing cool facts and stories about the neighborhoods we walked through. The atmosphere felt very local and relaxed. Totally recommend this tour if you want to see a different and authentic side of Mexico City.

I've lived in Mexico City on and off the last 13 years and Leti took me to unique places I've never been before that are literally right in my neighborhood. The pulque place was a super locals only place with live salsa music, dancing, and a punk rock vibe. We played a great card game at the tequila stop and the mezcal place at the end was absolutely divine.

I really enjoyed the tour! It was a very complete experience; I had the opportunity to try pulque, mezcal and tequila. I also tried skis and chapulines 🦗. The atmosphere was very authentic, especially with the live band playing and people dancing. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a memorable experience!
