Vi hämtar dig på ditt boende var som helst i Prag mellan 07:45 och 8:15.
På väg till nationalparken kommer du att passera staden Decin med det stora slottet som står högt över Elbefloden på en klippa klippa. Den historiska staden Decin kallas också "porten till den böhmiska Schweiz".
Turnén tar dig till den mest ikoniska höjdpunkten i det tjeckiska Schweiz NP - Pravcicka Gates stenbåge.
Som en belöning för din ansträngning att nå Pravcicka-porten välkomnar detta ikoniska landmärke dig insvept i ett snötäcke som påminner om ett underland. Nå fantastiska utsiktspunkter, strosa runt i unika sandstensformationer och dra nytta av att det inte finns någon trängsel på denna berömda naturplats under vintersäsongen.
Nästa stopp är en god à la carte-lunch i en lokal restaurang "U Forta" som ligger i hjärtat av nationalparken Bohemian Switzerland, Tjeckien. Du kan ha allt från menyn, en huvudrätt och en drink. Bra vegetariska och veganska alternativ ingår. Restaurangen är en utmärkt foodie val och många resenärer betygsätta det bättre än några Prag restauranger. Lokalt utkast till öl Cvikov är ett utmärkt val.
På väg till Bastei-bron kör du genom den lokala spa-staden Bad Schandau med sin historiska torg och kan gamla timmerhus. En riktigt lokal stad typiskt för området.
Nu är det dags att korsa gränsen till den tyska sidan - nationalparken Saxon Switzerland och gå mot Bastei, en ikonisk klippformation, fästning från medeltiden och en stenbro högt över floden Elbe. En lätt promenad tar dig till de viktigaste utsiktspunkterna med utsikt över världens djupaste kanjon - Elbe-kanjonen med en bakgrund av Taffelberg täckta av snö. Om du har tur kan du med bra väder till och med fånga några vackra solnedgångar i slutet av dagen.
Vi kommer vanligtvis tillbaka till Prag mellan 18.00. till 19.00, beroende på turnéns takt. Vi tar dig tillbaka säkert till ditt boende i Prag efter en spännande dag full av naturens bästa landskap.

We had a great time with Ondrej. He was through when explaining everything we were seeing and also added in relevant history. We never felt rushed and he always offered to take pictures, which was very much appreciated! I also really enjoyed our lunch. Delicious!

Martin did an incredible job on this tour! We were picked up promptly at our hotel and the drive to the Pravcicka Gate felt short since Martin drove us by the beautiful Elba River and he told us so much about the Czech Republic's history. Probably learned as much about the country's history and culture from him as we did on both of our two walking tours this weekend combined. On the trails, Martin kept up a good pace and kept the group together, and brought us to two of the most beautiful and unique places in the area, the Pravcicka Gate and Bastei Bridge. We had time to take lots of photos at both sites and enjoy the gorgeous views. Also did some birdwatching and learned more about the animals in the area from Martin. Everything was taken care of ahead of time, and the tour even included a great lunch between stops. Overall, a great experience I would definitely recommend!

I can't recommend this tour enough! We had an excellent day out with fellow travellers and our tour guide, Lenka, who was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable that she made it the perfect day. We were very lucky to have sunshine and snow on the ground, which was magical, as if we had arrived in Narnia itself! The lunch was also excellent, as were the mulled wine/tea and snacks provided. It was also so convenient to be picked up and dropped off at our hotel. We loved it and highly recommend it!

We enjoyed this day in the open air. Beautiful sun, pristine snow and magnificent scenery. Lunch was very good and the little snack enjoyed. I recommend.

We booked this tour through Viator. Our guide, Martin was absolutely amazing! It was one of the best adventures we’ve been on. Northern Hikes is the best! Wish I could give them more stars. We were picked up promptly at our hotel, given a lovely snack bag, driven to the sites, and provided plenty of time to take pics and enjoy the stunning views! Highly recommend!
