The view was amazing, a perfect way to introduced yourself to the city of Prague. The audio guide provided gave you just enough information to keep you engaged. The service was wonderful, making sure you always had a drink in hand. The food was ok but that was fine for us as we were there for the views

We were sat with other people which is fine we love meeting people, however we never spoke same language and did not understand each other so made for a rather long night, the food was plentiful and tasty, the desserts were a let down though they were very dry heavy cakes 😔 the welcome drink was a thimble full of what we can only describe as cough medicine very acquired taste, the waitresses were great kept tables clear of plates and taking drink order all the times.

The staff were pleasant and worked hard. The boat was in good shape with clean bathrooms. As a buffet you should not be expecting fine dining, but it was plentiful. The chicken was dry, otherwise a little better than average. Dessert was less than average, a couple patters of pastry and dry cakes. No pies, torts, puddings or an ice cream. The river was enjoyable with some of the lit up monuments. The narration app had the trip neatly divided into about a dozen segments to click on when a sight came by, BUT you never could match them up in the dark and it is useless at night. They should enumerate the segments and announce the or display it when the sight comes into view.

This cruise is pleasant and stress free. The food is excellent along with the many sights during this 3-hr cruise. It is very a relaxing way to spend the night after a long nd tiring day of walking.

Good and enjoyable experience. We were about to see some of Prague sites in the night The dinner buffet was good.

The description said there would be a maximum of 100 people, but our cruise had one group of 118, a group of 27, plus numerous individuals, probably almost 200 total. There was enough food, but the upper deck was much too crowded after dinner to enjoy the views. The time in the locks was also longer than expected and the cruise ran almost a half an hour longer than listed.

I think the organisers of this trip should consider the times the river cruises take place, ours set off about 18.50hrs for a 3hr cruise. We headed off in bright sunshine and a lovely warm night, however the night closed in very quickly, and it became pitch black! We couldn’t see a thing and what made it worse was the speakers didn’t work and the “tour” was just a joke! On a plus! The buffet was a delight, I can honestly say everyone appeared to have enjoyed the food, I do not feel that we had good value for money considering the trip for two of us was almost £100.00

Overall a pleasant way to see Prague from the water, though a couple of things let it down. The main issue was the audio guide setup — you're expected to bring your own earphones, so without them you're stuck listening to commentary through your phone speaker over the background music and general chatter on board, which made it hard to hear anything clearly. The landmark guide also relied on scanning a QR code and tapping through photos as you spotted each building, but by the time you'd worked out what you were looking at, you'd usually already sailed past it — not very intuitive. On the plus side, the buffet was decent — nothing exceptional, but exactly what you'd expect from a cruise buffet. Overall a good experience, just let down by the audio/landmark guide system. Tip for future passengers: bring your own earphones, and don't expect much from the QR landmark guide

I did this tour my very first night in Prague and it was a wonderful, and relaxing, introduction to the city!! Seeing the city lit up in an amber glow from the river was a beautiful sight to behold!! Highly recommend!!
