It was easy to hop in and out and you get to city these area and get an idea of what you want to go see

Save your money & time! Poorly signposted, audio out of sync and rude staff. We wanted a stop near Prague Castle but bus dropped at another stop and told it was due to roadworks (none seen!) - after visit went to same place only to watch bus sail past and bus driver refused to collect and gave a rude gesture- appalling (15.20 bus on 19/06/25). Will never use this company again. Unable to rate less than one star. So basically used for 2 stops as had to uber back as 30min wait in 33degree heat with 3 people in 70s. Appalling customer care!!!

I always try to do a Hop On Hop Off bus when I visit different places, they're usually fantastic to see the city and then choose where to go back to. I usually do all the routes available , starting first thing in the morning and am done by late afternoon with an idea of where I'd like to explore on foot. I also usually book with the other big hop on hop off bus company and will be doing so from now on. I was going to get the first Red Line bus from my hotel, luckily I decided to travel to the Hilton stop to start earlier as it seems the first Red Line bus didn't happen. I started on the Green Line, where the staff were lovely but then tried to swap to the Red Line at the train station, after waiting 45 minutes for a bus that didn't show I gave up and got back on the Green so I wasn't wasting my day. I've now eventually transferred to the Red Line which is running to a schedule of it's own and we've been mainly stopped, a number of people have complained within their groups and have got off. I was hoping to also use the River Cruise but it's now too late and I'm having to prioritise other activities. The Green line apologised for being behind schedule by just a few minutes, the Red, unless I see something spectacular in the next 30 minutes, has virtually been a waste of time. And I'll have to imagine what the River Cruise is like.
RACISM, DISCRIMINATION, HARASSMENT UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT I strongly discourage using this company due to a highly distressing experience involving poor customer service, intimidation, and discriminatory behavior. Our first bus arrived approximately 90 minutes late, and the stop locations and schedules were unclear. We had to change 3 busses to fusing our ride with this company. We boarded all buses with a valid electronic ticket containing a QR code and were traveling within the stated 24-hour validity period. When we entered our 4th ride, a manager identified as “Chris” insisted that we could not ride because we did not have the small paper cards he called tickets that had previously never been requested by any other staff member during our use of the service! After holding us on a corner sit of the first floor while ‘allowing’ us to remain on board, he repeatedly demanded those cards which he had hundred in his hand. Finally we were ok to go upstairs for sightseeing. At the next stop, he came back and started insisting that we leave the bus and threatened to call the police. The situation escalated when the driver came upstairs too and approached us aggressively and attempted to physically remove my elderly mother. We felt intimidated and unsafe. The only thing that saved us is that I took my mobile and started calling police! During the journey, staff made derogatory comments about us in a microphone to other passengers, repeatedly referring to us as “Russians” in a mocking and hostile manner. I am originally from Ukraine and have been a U.S. citizen for 15 years; however, such behavior would be unacceptable regardless of anyone’s nationality. Discrimination based on nationality, language, or accent has no place in tourist service! The situation continued after the ride, with staff following us as we exited and continuing to threaten police involvement despite our valid ticket and the absence of any misconduct on our part. The driver was closing the doors as my elderly mom was trying to exit the bus, dispatcher running and saying we should continue our ride till the next stop where they are expecting police. Can you imagine?! Because if the tiny paper cards?!!! Most concerning was my attempt to report the incident to customer service. When I called to their office rather than addressing the complaint, the representative repeatedly insulted me, called me a “nasty Russian,” and refused to listen to any explanation of the situation. I couldn’t say a word or even discuss the actual ticket! This experience was deeply upsetting and significantly affected our visit. I believe the company’s handling of customers, particularly those perceived to be from Eastern Europe, warrants serious review. Professionalism, respect, and equal treatment should be expected from any tourism operator. I hope this situation is reviewed by controlling departments of ministry of tourism.

Buses travelled very quickly and we really did not have the time to match the information to the sites.

Horrible. We were promised Dutch audio but audio did not work. Just music. When I complained the tickets were cancelled and I just had a refund for one ticket. Very expensive ride of 15 minutes total. Do not buy tickets with these scam artists. Big Bus tours.
