Portlands chokladscen är överväldigande; låt oss navigera dig genom dess ursprung, passionerade skapare och mångfald med denna vandringstur som går in i vad vissa kallar "dekadens" men vi kallar "glädje." Och vi kunde inte täcka choklad utan det rostade fröet av vårt andra favorit tropiska bär: kaffe! Portland är känt som hjärtat i världens hantverkskafferostning, med så många små rosterier, kaffeälskare som vi är, vi kämpar för att smaka dem alla. Vår turné träffar både de välkända höjdpunkterna och några av chokladscenens hemligheter, med några överraskningar som vi inte vill ge bort. Turen totalt är cirka 3,5 km, mestadels platt promenad, med provsmakning av choklad och kaffe - precis lagom mängd så att du har möjlighet att verkligen njuta av varje klunk och tugga! Vi håller grupper mycket små, så att du får en intim upplevelse med dina entusiastiska guider. (Kontakta oss för större grupper eller privata upplevelser; vi tar gärna emot!)

Vi promenerar ner genom det funkiga Portland West End och stannar till vid Azar Indulgences, där ägaren Christine Azar har designat sin ideala kombination av båda handgjorda belgisk stil choklad från hennes familjs företag i Libanon. Azars unika choklad tillverkas i en familjetradition som sträcker sig över ett sekel tillbaka i tiden; vi ska smaka på ett urval av vår favorit av dessa choklader (även om det är så svårt att välja ärligt talat!).
Ett av våra vanliga stopp är Less and More Coffee – vi kommer att välja andra kaféer på de dagar då tider eller grupp kräver! Varje café är utvalt för att presentera de bästa och mest intressanta lokala rosterier och baristor
I Kulturkvarteret kommer vi att gå förbi och beskriva konstmuseet och dess roll i stadens omfamnande av hantverk när vi beger oss till ett av våra favoritkaféer.
Vi kommer att stanna vid totalt två kaféer, beroende på intresse och guide, som kan innehålla Behind the Museum Cafe och Less and More Coffee. Här kommer vi att gå in på hur kaffe är en del av Portlands vardag och hur djupt Portlands kafferosterier har påverkat staden och världen.
Vår andra chokladbutik ligger i Pearl District i Portland. Öppettider och dagar varierar så detta beror på grupp, datum och guide!

My husband and I knew we were in for a treat because we had done another tour with this company. And we were not wrong. Shannon was our guide and took us on an exploration through Downtown/Downtown adjacent Portland for all things coffee & chocolate. What a super fun time. We enjoyed two delicious cups of coffee and two chocolate tastings--both very different, both very yummy. We have returned to all four stops. And along with the treats for our bellies, Shannon treated us to wealth of treats for our brain about the history of Portland, things to do in the area & nearby, favorite restaurants/etc. She was so knowledgeable and so much fun. We could not believe the tour was over because the three hours flew by. You will not be disappointed if you book this tour.
We had a wonderful guide for this tour, and highly recommend this activity to anyone visiting Portland!
Quick and informative walking tour filled with Portland's delicious coffee and chocolate. Friendly guides offered different beverage options. Make sure to have water and walking shoes ready to go.
Such a fun tour! Kelly was fantastic and incredibly knowledgeable about the locations we visited as well as the city as a whole. Coffee was amazing at the two locations we stopped at, and the chocolate locations were fantastic - I’m still thinking about them! There are several restaurants I want to check out and places we want to visit (courthouse, library, shops!) based on what we learned while walking between locations. Wear comfy shoes for walking. Highly recommend!
Nancy was our tour guide; she was on time, was friendly, very knowledgeable. We got a bit of Portland’s architectural history. I would love to have her as my tour guide for any other activity in Portland. Highly recommend her!!!!

This was a nice leisurely tour with five stops for treats. I loved the recommendations from the tour guide for her favorite items to try. You should have an awesome experience.
This tour was great. The cloud custard iced mocha at Less is More was one of the best drinks I have had. Kellie is fabulous. She's knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly loves her adopted home town. Two thumbs up!
