Our visit was absolutely incredible and our tour guide, Jeran, was top notch! My husband and I booked the Super Ambassador Lu’au package as recommended by a friend who is a native Hawaiian, and we are glad we did. Every second of our visit was customized for us and we felt like royalty. We learned so much about the Polynesian islands and cultures and gained such a respect and love for the people. It made the rest of our visit to Hawaii that much more meaningful as we had a better understanding of names of places, meanings of some of the language, history of traditions, etc. If you go, ask for Jeran! He will bring so much joy to your day!

The experience we had at the PCC was much much more than we could’ve ever imagined. Our unforgettable experience had everything to do with Mason, our personal guide. He literally felt like a long lost family member and his knowledge of Hawaii and all the Polynesian Islands was astounding. We loved it so much that we are now looking at property to be part of that Aloha spirit forever. Thank you Mason and the entire PCC staff. Most memorable experience for our entire Hawaiian vacation.

Definitely worth paying and getting the super ambassador... Our Guide was amazing and helpful and so friendly. We really enjoyed having our own private guide. There is so much to do, and you learn so much about each culture. It is a must do if you are going to Hawaii! We went as a couple on our Anniversary trip and had a blast, it is great for families too, we went for one day and was able to have a great time and see so much! The atmosphere is so welcoming from the moment you walk in and knowing that you are helping students is just a bonus. It is busy but not overwhelming with crowds and if you go with the super ambassador ticket, your guide helps you everywhere and you get seated for all shows... treated like a VIP.

Excellent Polynesian dinner and show! The performances were amazing, especially the fire knife dance, and the food was delicious with plenty of choices. The staff was friendly, and the whole experience was well organized. One of the highlights of our Hawaii trip. Highly recommend!

The Super Ambassador package at the Polynesian Cultural Center made for a phenomenal day, anchored by some of the most talented performers I’ve seen. The experience is highly scripted, which felt like a deliberate choice rather than a flaw, everything runs like a well-oiled show. That said, the whole thing leans a bit “Disney” at times, so I found myself wondering how much was authentic culture versus polished tourist entertainment. It’s not a dealbreaker, just something to go in expecting. The one area that fell short was the evening buffet. Some of the food didn’t match the quality of the rest of the day. I’d also recommend better wayfinding at the start, since I was a little confused about where to go initially and a clearer orientation point would have smoothed that out. None of that took away from the overall experience though. Our guide, Jay, was fantastic, genuinely one of the best parts of the day, and deserves a massive shout out for how much he added. If you’re looking for an immersive, well-produced introduction to Polynesian culture with excellent guides and performers, this package delivers, just temper expectations on authenticity and dinner.

Echo was amazing he is the best tour guide and the night show is phenomenal
