Andrea, our guide, was outstanding, providing a fun and informative experience. Her passion for Pisa's history, landmarks, and cuisine was clear. We were able to explore the leaning tower at our own pace, and Andrea gave us plenty of time to indulge in the local food and drink at each stop. The culinary experience was a highlight of the tour. Other than heat that we loved it American that just couldn’t take the heat. Food was awesome to try I would recommend cooler choices in the heat

Our tour was amazing! Alessia (I hope I spelled this correctly) was excellent! She showed us everything and gave us a detailed history with added humor. She answered all questions and had a lot of energy. The entire group enjoyed it.

Poor quality tour Started late Team surely knew cathedral was closed for tourists for few hours (mass in the church), should have rescheduled the timing but guide decided to make the group stand outside in wind & rain chatting away. Had to visit inside of cathedral separately on our own Very poor organisation

But, as written in the description of our tours and the voucher you received, during the Catholic holidays it happens often that the cathedral (an active religious building) could not be visited or visited only partially, cause of the ceremonies Inside. One of our pros is that we offer tours everyday, so we can not reschedule it on base of the mass or the weather. The guide gave you all the information to visit the building on your own and was there (in the rain & wind) for any doubt and question. I had a tour of Pisa with Denís and enjoyed it enormously. Denís' knowledge is encyclopedic and he makes you share his passion about Pisa, its history and art. I did a tour of Pisa with Denis in Spanish that I enjoyed enormously. Denis has an exceptional culture and imbues you with its passion for the city, its history and its art. Great lead with Anastasia were lucky enough to have made the lead with her alone were the only German was great..
The tour was friendly and amazing. She was very passionate about the history and art which made it all the better. This tour takes you into the lessor travelled neighborhood around the leaning tower as well as the historical sites in the field of miracles. Highly recommend specially for teenagers because is meant to be for small groups. We were very fortune ant it was only the tour guide and us, in addition she was so knowledgeable that was able to answered all our questions and kept the teenagers engaged and interested.
