En vandring genom Pirans smala gator tar dig tillbaka till medeltida tider och ger dig en inblick i hur människor bodde här för några århundraden sedan. På 90 minuters vandring med reseguider som är alla lokalbefolkningen kommer du att höra några fantastiska berättelser från deras farmor, lokala fiskare, saltproducenter och många fler.

Bästa sättet att upptäcka staden är med en kunnig lokal guide
Mötesplats där du får höra en introduktion om Slovenien & Piran. Det stora torget i staden idag brukade vara en hamn och vi kommer att berätta varför det inte finns något hav där längre.
Du kommer att höra en intressant legend om hus i venetiansk gotisk stil, som är en av de vackraste historiska byggnaderna i staden.
700 år gammalt kloster, som inte alltid är möjligt att besöka, men vi ska göra vårt bästa för att visa dig runt.
Vi kommer att se murarna på avstånd och beskriva vilket syfte med försvaret det hade för att skydda staden.
Panoramautsikt från toppen av kullen är fantastisk, om vädret är klart kommer du att se 3 länder från en plats.
Hjärtat av staden där den största vattenförsörjningen för invånarna fanns förr i tiden. Nuförtiden är en mycket livlig del av staden med några fantastiska matalternativ, som du också kommer att prova tillsammans med lite lokalt vin.

Great evening! Jan was the perfect informative host mixing the right amount of knowledge of the history and culture of Piran with humour. The tasting of local wines/ olive oils/ cheese/ hams/ sausage was generous and tasty. Would definitely recommend.
Jan was a great tour guide! Showed us the sights of Piran and then we had a lovely food and wine tasting :) really worthwhile tour!!

Great tour of Piran well worth doing you learn lots of details about how Piran evolved .Tasting was also very interesting gives you a chance to chat with a local and also meet other travelers
This tour was absolutely delightful! Our guide was extremely knowledgeable (and passionate!) about Piran. We were able to learn about the history of the town while taking in the sites. The tour included a tasting which was absolutely wonderful. We got to sample 11 different olive oils, various truffles, meat, as well as wine. The tasting was done at an adorable shop right in the heart of Piran. The best part was we were able to come back the next day and purchase our favorite products! I cannot recommend this tour enough if you visiting Piran!
The Taste of Piran tour was amazing - it gave a brilliant overview of the towns history and main sites, walking through the gorgeous tiny streets. The wine and food tasting afterwards was a lovely insight into some local businesses and culture - the black truffle and olive paste and the goats cheese were my favourite! Jan was a brilliant tour guide, super friendly and insightful and gave some great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. We tried out his dinner recommendation of Ivo after the tour which was excellent and would definitely go again! We though the tour was definitely great value for money and would recommend to anyone wanting an insight into Piran!!
Thoroughly enjoyed the walking part and listening to our guides stories. The wine, olive oil and truffle tasting was very informative and our guide made it fun. I’d highly recommend this tour and it’s great value for money.
