Välkomna, Jag erbjuder dig en unik utflykt till hjärtat av Arcachon-bukten med ett besök på den största sanddynen i Europa, upptäckten av vinterstaden Arcachon och en ostronprovning på en typisk och pittoresk plats. Turen börjar med Dune of Pilat, vi tar oss tid att observera naturen, guiden följer dig från parkeringsplatsen till toppen av dynen, en beskrivning av utsiktspunkterna kommer att ges till dig. Vi tar tid med varje person. Vinterstaden, Belvedere kommer att vara vårt nästa stopp med panoramautsikt över staden Arcachon, tchanques hyddor och fågelön. Vi avslutar med en ostronprovning i hamnen i La Teste-de-Buch, en pittoresk plats, autentisk med hänsyn till massturism. Du kan välja mellan 6 till 12 ostron per person med ett glas vitt eller rosévin. Om du inte gillar ostron kommer räkpaté att erbjudas dig. Atmosfären är familjeorienterad, vänlig och professionell.
Vi kommer att visa dig runt på platsen och förklara de olika egenskaperna hos dynen, de olika berättelserna och legenderna. Väl uppe på toppen kan du upptäcka den magnifika utsiktsplatsen. Det är en exceptionell naturplats med en fantastisk utsikt över hela Arcachon Basin, Banc Arguin och Bird Island.
Vi inbjuder dig att upptäcka en plats som är okänd för turister, med många ostronkåkar och lokala ostronodlare.

We spent a delightful day climbing the Dune du Pilat, eating oysters and shrimp and exploring the town. Kevin was a safe driver and made the day extra fun with his humorous personality .
This was a wonderful tour. The dunes of Pilat are a must see when in Bordeaux. Arcachon beach was also beautiful and the oyster/shrimp/wine lunch was a lot of fun. Our guide Kevin made it so much fun and a memorable experience.
One needs to be in shape to climb the dunes. We are hikers and had no problems but our group was overweight and out of shape and could not do it. Exceptional guide, views, food
Kevin, our guide was fantastic. The whole day ran smoothly but we were never rushed. On the return journey my wife started to feel unwell and Kevin dealt with the situation very professionally, he changed the drop off order so we were 1st to be dropped off he even ensured that we were brought right to the hotel door. Interesting. Great fun climbing Dune, but hard work in heat that day which was 30 degrees. Get there early as very popular. Oyster tasting yummy. Our guide, Kevin informative and great fun.
This is pretty much an all day affair. Broken up nicely by the dune hike, then very nice lunch spot, and ending with a walk on the beach or quick dip in Arcachon bay. We had beautiful weather. And kevin was delightful!! He was very entertaining and seemingly very French. Above all, he was considerate and kind to all in the group. I highly recommend going here to see these dunes!!!
The guide is exceptional and a lot of fun. We had a very full day and got to experience a lot. The oyster tasting was amazing and I could’ve had many more. I very much recommend this experience.

Trip is NOT for older people 65+ and certainly not for people not used to strenuous exercise. That being said it is a great trip and the dunes are wonderful. The oysters and shrimp are great and the beach is very nice, not easy to find a changing place but doable. I am 74 and do 5 miles a day on the elliptical and it is not easy. No shade bring water. Guide is very accommodating.
