The driver was on time and very friendly. The van was clean and spacious, perfect for our family of 4 with lots of luggage.
Easy! We stopped for coffee and restrooms halfway through, our drive helped with bags and suggestions.

Driver arrived early, van was large and comfortable, no issues on the drive to Krabi. There’s no more to say.
Our driver was very friendly and was also a tour guide explaining where we were and some culture along the way. He made sure we were at correct hotel before leaving. Driver was also on time for pick up time
I felt I was catfished by the van appearance. I thought the transportation included a huge van featured in the advert. But this is false advertising, I had a 4 bags of luggage and was told I should’ve informed them because a van is more expensive, so I had to wait an hour to get an suv for me and my friends 6 bags, because they couldn’t fit in the small Honda Civic that rolled up to pick us up. They were okay with my added friend and then the my asked for a photo and took photos I guess to insure that We had got to our hotel safely. But, it would’ve been nice if they had asked permission instead of flicking away. I figured it was to say that they safely transferred us. But, it wasn’t explained to us. Otherwise the ride was pleasant and the driver let me use his hotspot.
