A quintessential overview of Phoenix’s True Crime history! Eddie (tour guide) did an excellent job guiding our group through Phoenix’s downtown sites with a dark past. The information was presented in a concise and interesting matter, and Eddie peppered the stories with humor and interesting anecdotes. This would be a great activity for any true crime buff and Nadine (owner of the company) is constantly adding new tours and researched material. Excellent experience overall!

The tour was just OK. Our tour guide Eddie was reading from a script on his iPad and answered some of the questions from the group incorrectly. His boss was on the tour with us and corrected him a few times. He mixed up the names of some of the “mobsters” a couple times. At one point saying the name of a woman who had been killed horribly instead of the woman whose picture he was showing that lived for a long time after the event. Our group agreed there were a few times when the race of the people being spoken about didn’t need to be pointed out. It seemed like one race in particular was pointed out and with some distain. It would have been helpful for the tour to end at the same location as the start rather than having people unfamiliar with the city trying to find their way back in the dark in a less than great part of town. Maybe Eddie was new, but he should have polished his act a little before leading the tour and perhaps paid attention to who was in his group.

Accuracy, delivery, and tone matter, especially on a tour that covers real people, real history, and sensitive subject matter. Your concerns are being taken seriously and will be used to improve guide training. Our tours do sometimes end in a different location than where they begin so guests can experience more of downtown’s history, but we understand that should be made clear upfront. We’ll use this to tighten the experience moving forward.
We had a great time on the tour. Our tour guide was easygoing and knowledgeable. He gave lots of interesting facts and allowed for some small group chatter for rapport building. I’d recommend the tour again for sure!

The tour was fascinating by standing where true crimes or sentencing happened while learning about the people who committed these atrocities. Our tour guide spoke enthusiastically and knowledgeably while displaying photos. It was a beautiful evening to stroll through Phoenix. The tour was worth the money and lasted the perfect amount of time.

While I wasn’t able to do the Mobsters tour, I was rebooked for their Ghost tour flawlessly. Very interesting but entertaining tour. Definitely learned some new things about the history of Phoenix .
