I was told I could not be picked up at my airbnb, so I told them I'd go to the hotel near my airbnb. I was told I'd be picked up between 7:15 & 7:30 at the hotel lobby. When no one showed up, I walked out on to the street looking for the driver. The driver was told to pick me up at my airbnb between 7:30 & 7:45. We eventually found each other, but the lack of communication :-(. I was under the impression this was a snorkel trip and maybe I just didn't read the post well, but I had quite a few issues with this tour. First of all, fins were not included. I assumed they were (since I saw that snorkel gear was included), but I didn't find out that did not include fins until I arrived at the boat. I didn't bring money with me, so I was frustrated. Then, we made like 6 stops, only one of them was for snorkeling and then it was only for 30 minutes. Had I known there was going to be only 30 minutes of snorkeling, I would have booked another trip. Our first stop was at a beach called Maya beach for a picture opportunity, with hundreds of other people. That was true for every stop, very crowded, but it was the worse at the Maya Beach stop. Staff on the boat was great, but that's about the only good thing about this tour. If you are looking to snorkel, I'd suggest a different tour.
