Our family’s experience with Hashem was an absolute pleasure. He was extremely kind, flexible, and professional, and helped make our short time in Jordan enjoyable, and we will be leaving this country with precious memories that will last for a very long time. Hashem was so knowledgeable, professional, kind and thorough. It was an absolute pleasure to meet and spend the day exploring with him. My husband and I had been to Petra before but this was the first time with our kids. We thought we had a good grasp of the Nabatean, Roman and Byzantine history in Petra, but Hashem pointed-out and explained to us so much more that we would not have seen or known on our own. Hashem took us a back-road trail to Petra that bypassed the crowds of tourists and felt like we were walking in the footsteps of the original traders from thousands of years ago. Phenomenal experience!

We had a great experience with our guide Hashem throughout the tour. He was knowledgeable, friendly and always willing to answer questions about whatever you have in mind. His explanations were clear and engaging, making the experience much more enjoyable. He was also very organized and made sure everyone felt comfortable during the trip… You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does and takes pride in sharing his country with visitors. Hashem was an outstanding guide. He was punctual, courteous, and it was immediately clear he had a deep understanding of the history, archaeology, and culture of Petra. He speaks excellent English and explained things in a way that was both informative and engaging. He also helped us capture some memorable photos throughout the tour. Apart from two locations with direct relevance to the tour, he did not take us to shops or venues, and avoided putting us in situations where we would feel pressured to buy things. A highly professional guide with a very bright future ahead of him. We would recommend him without hesitation.

What an amazing time and experience we had with Hashem. He was on time for our 3 hour tour throughout the backtrack with the most perfect view points to see all while riding through the hills on horses (this was extra $). I love how Hashem customized our tour for us because we wanted to see some different hidden gems throughout Petra and he DID NOT DISSAPOINT! He was very knowledgeable, funny, nice, helpful, appreciative and friendly! I loved how he explained all of the extra cost involved and there were not surprises at all at the end. We had a bad experience the day before with a different guide, so this was refreshing to have an honest person accommodating us and not trying to up charge us like some guides have done in the past. He went above and beyond and booked our fantastic cooking experience and Turkish bath spa night, and booked a referee us to a driver to take us to Wadi Rum! I truly appreciated his excellent customer service. I highly recommend him. We learned so much and he was so patient with our group the entire time.

What a surreal experience! Definitely worth paying for the golf cart and an absolute must to ride the mules to the monestary. Hashem was a fantastic guide, very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. We ended up going over our time with him, but he kindly offered to stick around. He even offered to take photos and knew the best spots and angles! (Including videos while riding the mules) Walk through the siq for sure, he’ll explain so much to you that you wouldn’t know without a guide, then you can catch a golf cart afterwards. Highly recommend this tour!

I really enjoyed the history about the place and we felt completely safe and understood the mean of the Wadi Musa in detail.
