Petra Day Tour

We have just spent a wonderful week in Jordan seeing an amazing array of sites. We were most fortunate to having Adnan as our tour leader and guide. He spoke perfect English having US citizenship and he was a wealth of knowledge on all things Jordan giving us great insight on the region its people and culture. Likewise his insights on historical sites and the lines of Petra Little Petra Wadi Rum etc etc were fascinating and appreciated by all. We had a wide range of travellers and gelled really well throughout our tour. Adnan was ever patient and helpful throughout and nothing was too much trouble. It was full on but to fit in all we have seen meant it needed to be that way on and you’ll not regret it. My friend and arrived in Jordan and were met by Jordan and beyond. From that point forward we were in the best of hands. The highlights were Petra and Wadi Rum but honestly there was not a bad day. Adnan was our guide, he was knowledgeable funny and knew how to keep everything interesting and fun. Just as importantly, our trip ran into a few medical issues and this company stuck with us from start to finish. The people made this trip special. If you are touring in Jordan no need to look beyond this company.

This trip was very professionally run with a knowledgeable and professional guide (Riad) and skilful driver (Mohammad). We learned a great deal and had a superb day.

It has been a fantastic experience, so many monuments, the city of amman, the dead sea, gerasa, the desert castles, wadi rum, and what above all has been wonderful has been our guide, Mohamed, anthropologist, archaeologist and career in political science, which has explained in detail things that we would not have known by another guide, magnificent person, didactic, in short, a wonder of travel

We booked our tour of Jordan through Exoticca and Adnan was our guide. He went above and beyond for our group by providing us with an in-depth explanation of all significant sites and about daily life as a Jordanian. By far he is the best guide I’ve ever had in my global travels.

We won the lottery having Jafar as our guide. The tour was a combination of history, food, culture, religion, and plenty of humour. Jafar is a true professional, knowing how to keep the crowd entertained. His knowledge and pride for his country filled us with more information than we could comprehend. We learned, ate, and laughed all week. He made us feel like family, or as he would say his cousins. Would come back just to hang out with Jafar.

Jafar was our host and he was phenomenal. Extremely knowledgeable about the history. His enthusiasm made the group want to learn more! Petra is stunning and folks need to strongly consider doing this tour and requesting Jafar!

From providing us with arrival & pickup information, to final departure transportation to the airport. They responded immediately to all inquiries and ensured a great trip throughout Jordan. Jafaar was a top-notch guide - not only exceptionally knowledgeable, but ensuring everyone's needs were met. And the little touches....providing us with samples of local delicacies and stopping by his favorite local pizza baker and treating us to hot, homemade Jordanian-style pizza, are just a few examples. Will definitely be recommending to others!
