Du kommer att laga 3 peruanska rätter och 2 drinkar. Vår peruanska matlagning, cocktails och marknadstur börjar på San Pedro Market (dörr nummer 1), med ett besök på denna historiska marknad. Vi kommer att prova några av de mest exotiska frukterna i Peru (super mat) Därefter går vi till vår barstudio, ett traditionellt hus från 1930. Vi börjar vår erfarenhet att förbereda de mest utsökta cocktails med färsk frukt (köpt på den lokala marknaden vi besökte) och Pisco. Du kommer att laga mat: peruansk tamal (quinoa), cebiche och causa limeña. Vår klass är fullspäckad och du kommer att delta i alla förberedelser. Efter kursen skickar vi även recepten, så att du kan njuta av det med familj och vänner. Notis : Cocktails och matlagning upplevelser i Cusco är på morgonen och på eftermiddagen. * På morgonen från 10:00 till 14: 15 * På eftermiddagen från 15:30 till 19:45 Våra rätter är lätta att omvandla till vegetariska. Really good experience, food was incredible. I was expexting mid food but finally eaten my best cevische ever. Time was perfect. You are always trying food or drinks. Everything perfect.

Well worth it! Learned a lot about Peruvian cuisine and how Chef Jesus and team put a twist on dishes. Very good food - expect it as your big meal of the day. Chef Carlos was friendly and informative. The kitchen staff were kind and thorough. The market was fun to experience, especially tasting all the unique foods. Use the time to buy food-as-souvenirs while ya there. Highly recommend.
I had this cooking class with Carlos and we met at the market. He is very knowledgeable and engaging in his teaching methods and was able to give an idea of the history of the dishes we have eaten. The entire class was about three and a half hours but time well spent! We made a total of two cocktails: maracuya sour and chicha punch. For the main courses we had causa de la limena, ceviche, and quinoa tamales. For dessert we have picaronnes. This combination of putting a twist on classic peruvian dishes made the experience all the more enjoyable! I highly recommend attending this class as you will learn much to take with you home.

Great experience, Carlos is an excellent instructor and guide. He used to be a former chef and it really showed in how he taught the class. The class was also unique in its flavor profile with making a mix of more classic and Asian influenced Peruvian dishes. We booked this last minute and was worth every penny!
