The tour guide was very cheerful, friendly and helpful. He was very passionate in sharing what he knew about the city; he also told us the history behind the scenic areas, that made the trip more fruitful and meaningful.

We had another wonderful trip with Habib. He took us from our residence in Calgary to Banff, providing many great knowledge on the way. On the second day, we went to Johnston Canyon and Lake Louise with many scenic stops along the way. Habib was as before very knowledgable about the area. Whether it was the history or where to get the best photos. He was also kind and cheerful. And very respectful, giving us plenty of space to explore on our own. We wish him all the best.

If you are staying downtown Calgary the host will pick you up at your hotel. Pickup does not have to be the Westin. Once you have booked send a message to let him know where you are staying. The itinerary for the day is flexible and the host is friendly and has extensive knowledge and advice on all of the attractions and points of interest. We travelled in a clean comfortable minivan. We were able to get picked up and dropped off at the gate of each stop and not have to worry about parking. Highly recommend.
We started out when they picked us up at our Hotel in Calgary. It was 100% up to the 6 of us on what we wanted to do. He gave us the best experience since he could answer every question without hesitation and was very thorough with his answers. He allowed us time to see everything and was never in a hurry. Highly recommend him as who knows his country.
My daughters ages 23 and 12 and I went on this tour with Aziz on June 5. It was spectacular! We only had one day on Calgary due to a layover. Aziz picked us up (he was early) from our hotel in downtown Calgary at 8:30 a.m. and we headed out to lake Louise. Water bottles were waiting for us in the comfortable and perfectly climatized car. Along the way he told us of the history, current affairs and wildlife and nature of the region. Additionally he had a blue toothed audio recording synced to the navigator full of interesting stories and facts pertaining to our exact location. Lake Luise was stunning. We spent about an hour there, hiking and had a tasty coffee and brioch (great selection and service at the cafè). There are also canoes available for rent, which looked like fun, but we put other into our itinerary due to timing. We next headed to Banff where we spent a gorgeous hour in the hot springs pool surrounded by the stunning mountain peaks. The views from the hot springs pool are indescribably beautiful. Following we stopped for a short bite to eat in Banff, and Aziz took us straight to the airport for our 6:45 pm flight. The tour went smoothly, was tailored to our requests (my girls and I set the itinerary based on our requests and the suggestions of Aziz), and timing was impeccable. Aziz has a very relaxed and comfortable manner. He adapted to our needs, was present when desired and left space for us too. We truly enjoyed our day with him. He is interesting and worldly, having lived (in addition to various places and years and residency in Canada) in Hawaii, Atlanta, Kuala Lampur and many others destinations around the world. As an avid and knowledgeable world traveler he is able to relate to people from all over the globe. Our family are dual citizens, Italian and American, being culturally both, having lived most of our lives in Florence, Italy. This tour is an amazing deal for the price and we could not recommend it more highly.
Most amazing day. Aziz was a great tour guide. We felt like we were being shown around by a friend. Amazing photos and memories were captured. Highly recommend if you are short of time when visiting Calgary but would love to see the sites of the wonderful national park which is so close.
I took my mother from from Vancouver BC to visit the Banff spending cad 900 for tickets, cad 400 for hotel and cad 680 for a private tour. Out of the promised location, we saw only 4 and missed the most popular spots. Inshort we spent cad 2000 only to see lake Louise. Rip off!!

Habib was a great host- very knowledgeable. He is well equipped with all that was needed for a winter tour. We need to come back to Banff in the summer and will certainly like to repeat the visit with Habib. Thanks Habib for a great time.
