Vår kulturturné i Antalya börjar med Perge. Medelhavsregionen är skönhetens land omgivet av Klikya i öster, Phsidya i norr och Lykien i väster. Besök ruinerna av Perge och Aspendos, städerna med två hamnar som nu ligger i havet vid Medelhavskusten och är de bäst bevarade hittills. Medan du går runt den pelargångsgatan i Perge, där viktiga arkeologiska utgrävningar gjordes, kan du visualisera det sociala livet under den romerska perioden genom att gå genom agora, bad, vattendrag, teater och upptäcka dig själv på trappan till St. Paul och Barnabas i Anatolien.
Medan du är på toppen av Aspendos Theatre kommer du att bevittna en fantastisk scen. Dessutom, när du går in genom huvudporten, kommer du att höra arkitekt Zenons viskningar. Och överraskning, den stora metoden för transport strömmar till Aspendos akropolis, som byggdes på en 50-60 m. hög backe vid de tekniska möjligheterna för nästan 2000 år sedan.

I highly recommend this day tour, it’s very educational and rich with ancient history. If you’re a history fan or have read about the origins of Turkey, this will blow your mind. Our tour guide-Ali and tour driver-Emirhan, are very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Ali provided a lot of historical facts & information while still ensuring that we’re comfortable in the sweltering heat.

Wonderful tour with a lot of sights to see. The guide was knowledgeable. I would have preferred a bit more free time in Perge and Side though. The waterfalls can totally be skipped, in my opinion.

We had a fantastic day on this tour and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the Antalya area. Our guide, Fatima, was brilliant—knowledgeable, fun, and extremely well organised. She shared lots of interesting information throughout the day and kept everything running smoothly. The highlight for us was the incredible Aspendos Theatre. It’s amazing to see how intact it still is after so many centuries and was easily the standout stop of the trip. The coach was comfortable, air-conditioned (which was much appreciated in the June heat!), and it was always waiting for us when we finished exploring each site. We also felt we had just the right amount of time at every stop without feeling rushed. The only minor downside was that we were dropped off on the opposite side of a busy road from our hotel, so we had to cross to get back. Apart from that, everything was excellent. Just be prepared for very hot weather if you’re visiting at the end of June, and bring plenty of water, sunscreen, and a hat. Overall, a really enjoyable and well-organised tour. Highly recommended!
