Vår halvdagskryssning & lunch visar det bästa av Australiens sydligaste distrikt. Kryssa varje söndag, upplev råvaror, skaldjur och landskap som formar denna otroliga region. Avgå Hobart vattnet kl 10:30 och njut av en lugn 1/1,5 timmes kryssning längs D'Entrecasteaux Channel. Du kommer att lära dig om regionens historia, landmärken och byggnader, samtidigt som du tar in spektakulära landskap. Upptäck ikoniska djurliv, från sälar till havsörnar och kanske till och med delfiner eller valar. När du anländer till Woodbridge, ta en promenad genom vår trädgård innan din degustation lunch, med färska, säsongsbetonade råvaror. Med hjälp av ingredienser från den globalt kända Huon Valley, Bruny Island vatten och vad vi odlar i vår trädgård. Efter en lång lunch, avbruten av lokala viner, hantverksöl och ett par små överraskningar, återvänder ni till vår lyxkatamaran för att kryssa tillbaka till Hobart i lugn och ro, kanske njuta av en tasmansk whisky eller digestif innan ni återvänder i land kl. 16.00.

The Peppermint Bay cruise was a lovely, relaxing day out. The staff on the boat were excellent & the lunch was very good. We would highly recommend this cruise for a great day out.
We have done the Peppermint Bay experience before and could not to get back to Hobart to do it again. The first time was great this time was better, the crew and Captain do a magnificent job with friendly service backed up by excellent food and good quality wines. We will be back again, thanks team you go above and beyond.
A cruise along the Derwent River past Hobart's southern suburbs onto the channel with great views of Bruny Island with a great views and a couple of cheeky glasses of 🥂 you arrive at Peppermint Bay restaurant and treated to some amazing food made with local produce. The staff are superb. We could not recommend it more highly
The journey was OK but although speakers were fitted everywhere the captains comentary could not be heard mostly. The food was not particularly good, very small portions and not that nice, money spent on this trip could be better spent elsewhere.
Hi team, We are very happy to provide feedback about our experience. We absolutely loved our lunch, every component of each course was delicious! We especially enjoyed the broccoli salad and the lamb. I'm going to attempt the salad at home, it will be a favourite to share with the family. We would also like to congratulate Zoe on her excellent service and friendliness. Such a pleasure to meet someone so lovely! The cruise was wonderful too, in all, we were very well looked after with a perfectly organized trip and lunch. Very professional and highly recommended. I had two friends visiting from the mainland and we all thoroughly enjoyed the day. The boat ride was great, with good commentary, and Peppermint Bat itself was beautiful. We had a lovely 3 course meal with a glass of wine and enjoyed the day.
Beautiful scenery. Delicious lunch. Captain pointed out interesting landmarks and spotted seals. A really enjoyable day.

A great trip. The large catamaran has big windows and very comfortable sears. The Captains commentary was very informative and the boat slowed and stopped at the interesting spots. The lunch in the Peppermint restaurant was outstanding. The food was varied and interesting and was served on plates in the centre of the table. Diners then held themselves from them. There was plenty to eat and it was all very tasty . We had some indifferent weather at the start of the cruise but it didn't affect our enjoyment. We were a group of ten and would all recommend this trip to you.
