Du kommer att lära dig lite walesiska, prova traditionell walesisk mat och lära dig om den antika historien och kulturen i Wales. Gareth, din guide är en flytande walesisktalande och han kommer att ge dig en inblick i Wales som inte skulle vara tillgänglig med en vanlig researrangör. Området vi kommer att besöka är prickat med pittoreska gamla städer och pittoreska byar som verkar orörda av tiden. South West är hem för nationalparken Pembrokeshire Coast, och är ett område känt för sina stränder och kustlinjes skönhet. Ett exempel på en rundtur kan vara ett besök på det underbart bevarade Norman Castle i Pembroke, sedan lunch i den vackra medeltida hamnen i Tenby följt av ett stopp i Laugharne, poeten Dylan Thomas tidigare hem.

Förundras över den underbara staden Tenby. En gång en medeltida hamn omgiven av en slottmurar är det nu en av Wales favoritresmål. Njut av en måltid på en mängd restauranger eller bara promenera på hamnsidan. Tenby har två vackra stränder med kristallklart vatten.
Detta var helgedomen för den världsberömda poeten Dylan Thomas. Det var i den här byn som han skrev några av sina mest kända verk inklusive "Under Milk Wood". I Laugharne kan du stanna i Dylans lokala pub för en halvlök, besöka hans båthus och skriva skjul eller njuta av utsikten över mynningen med Norman Castle i förgrunden.

The driver I don't know that he told us his name but he knew a lot about the Welch language. He did talk about some history of the castle and shared where to eat and have a pint. It was a good tour just not a lot of story telling.

We had a great tour of Wales with Gareth! He was extremely professional, is native to Wales and a history teacher, so he has plenty to share about the country, culture, language, history, etc., he's happy to converse on most any topic and share interesting insights. He also has a very comfortable touring van and is a safe driver. If you're in Wales and looking for a professional guide, can recommend him 100%!

The tour of Pembroke, Tenby and Laugharne was excellent. Gareth is extremely knowledgeable about Welsh history, language and culture. He gave us tips at every stop on the best routes to make the most of our time. It was a great day.
I had to cancel my Welsh Valleys Tour with Tours of Wales due to a serious medical issue that forced me to cancel my entire planned trip to the UK.
