Följ med oss på en tur längs den näst största halvön i Kroatien - Peljesac, känd för sina röda viner av högsta kvalitet (Dingac, Postup). Se, lukta, känna, smaka och lära känna våra viner och deras historia. Lär dig om oliver och vad som gör bra olivolja. Förundras över de medeltida befästningarna i Ston stad och/eller prova de färskaste ostron du någonsin smakat! Glöm inte att meddela oss din önskade starttid! Höjdpunkter är: - Ston – en medeltida gotisk stad, omgiven av 4 miles av befästa murar, och dess berömda 14. ct. saltrutor - Dingac Hills – de mest berömda kroatiska vinpositionerna där druvor växer på 40-60 graders lutande sluttningar, för att få ut det bästa av landet, havet och solen! - Lokala boutiquevingårdar (totalt 3 besökta vingårdar) i Potomje och Ponikve – fantastiskt vin, likör, ost och ekologisk olivolja tillsammans med hemgjorda läckerheter i lagom storlek med en presentation gjord av ägarna - Mali Ston Bay – en oförstörd vik med många ostron- och musselbäddar

Stanna vid den medeltida staden Ston för en kort rundtur och en kaffe. Hela staden Ston är omgiven av en 5,5 km lång mur (den näst längsta bevarade muren i världen) som sträcker sig från ett hav till ett annat. Sevärdheter att se: Ston City Walls, Ston salt rutor, Great Kastel Fort, Gothic Town Centre, Saint Blaise Church, Franciscan Monastery
Byn Potomje är Peljesacs mest kända vinodlingsby med nästan varje familj som producerar och säljer sina viner. Vi kommer att stanna vid 2 handplockade vingårdar där gästerna kommer att besöka vingårdarna och deras källare, höra historien om varje familjs vinproduktionshistoria och prova deras utsökta röda och vita viner (totalt 10 viner och likörer) tillsammans med små bitar. Denna by är hem för Dingac-vin - ett av de bästa röda i hela Kroatien, så våra gäster kommer att ha en chans att njuta av dess smak precis där det växer!
Naturskön körning genom Dingac-tunneln och fotostopp i Dingacs vinodlingszon. Dingac vinstockar växer på 40-60 graders lutande kullar med spektakulära scener av öarna Mljet och Lastovo och fiskebyarna Trstenik och Zuljana.
På vår väg tillbaka stannar vi till i Ponikvedalen - känd för vinproduktion från 13 ct. (Dubrovniks medeltida aristokrater drack ofta läckra röda viner från Ponikve). Turnén kommer att stanna vid 3:e familjeägda vingård där gästerna kommer att ha chansen att träffa vingårdsägaren och lyssna på vinpresentationen följt av vinprovning (totalt 5 viner och likörer)

Miho was an amazing host! Incredible and adventurous day and I would highly recommend requesting Miho. We so enjoyed the day and had lots of laughs with Miho.
We had a fantastic day with Miho!! He was kind, funny, knowledgeable and served as an amazing guide for the day. Mario - the oyster man - was the highlight of our trip! You get to see a very small family winery and a larger, more boutique winery and we really enjoyed both. Absolutely amazing. Miho went above and beyond making us feel like family the whole time. Such great stories and explanations of everything along the way. We were never bored!. We shared so many laughs with the wineries owners as well and truly felt like it was something we could come do with our kids. Again one day.

I highly recommend this experience! I had an amazing time eating fresh oysters straight from the bay and enjoying wine with a beautiful view — and then again amongst the vineyards at another stunning spot.
