We take your concerns about the missed pickup and communication seriously. While we're glad your shuttle fare was refunded, we understand that a refund does not make up for the inconvenience of having to arrange and pay for alternate transportation after waiting at the airport. Hi there, We’re really sorry you had this experience. Waiting outside in the cold for that long, followed by an uncomfortable ride, is not acceptable and not the level of service we aim to provide. A delay of that length, especially on an early morning pickup, should have been clearly communicated, and you should never have had to repeatedly call for updates. We also apologize for the lack of acknowledgment from the driver. That’s something we take seriously. Regarding the vehicle conditions, the heat should absolutely have been functioning properly, particularly given the temperatures in Colorado. Riding for two hours without adequate heat is not okay, and we appreciate you bringing that to our attention. Thank you for your feedback.
