This pasta-making class was one of the highlights of our trip! The unlimited wine made the experience even more fun and relaxed, and the atmosphere was fantastic from start to finish. Tomaso was an incredible instructor. He explained every step clearly, demonstrated each technique, and made sure everyone could follow along. He walked around throughout the class, checking everyone’s work, offering tips, and making sure we were all creating the pasta correctly. His patience and enthusiasm made the experience enjoyable, even for complete beginners. The best part was getting to enjoy the pasta we made—it was absolutely delicious! If you’re looking for a fun, interactive, and authentic cooking experience, I can’t recommend this class enough. We’d definitely do it again!

Absolutely amazing experience. I have spent years loving Italian food in the United States and I now know how it is really supposed to be done. Can’t wait to get home and try my hand at what I have learned. The food was on a different level. Highly recommended

I had an amazing experience at this cooking class in Italy. It was the perfect blend of fun and learning, with a relaxed atmosphere that made it easy to enjoy every moment. Chef Geneva was engaging, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable, explaining each step clearly while sharing helpful tips and authentic Italian techniques. I loved how hands-on it was—we got to prepare everything ourselves and truly feel part of the process. By the end, I not only enjoyed a delicious meal but also felt confident I could recreate some of the dishes at home. A truly memorable and enriching experience that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Italy.
