Modig, en erfaren Expert med över tio år i det parisiska naturvinssamhället, drar våra provningar nytta av hans omfattande erfarenhet och djupa passion för naturviner. Braves internationella certifieringar inom vinkunskap och vinprovning garanterar en professionell men ändå lättillgänglig upplevelse, fri från låtsas och full av genuin entusiasm. Olivia är kemist och kan hjälpa till att svara på alla dina frågor bakom vetenskapen om vinframställning! Tillsammans är de det perfekta paret för att leda dig genom denna upplevelse. Loved this! We will be sure to visit again the next time we are in Paris. Brave definitely tailored the experience to us & answered our many questions thoughtfully. We ended up staying way longer than expected because we were having so much fun.
Informative, fun and laid back. Brave knows his wine and is an enthusiastic supporter of natural wines. He can be as technical or non-technical as you want him to be. Small cozy space. It can get warm in there. A fan or two would be nice.
It was a really great experience — both fun and educational. Truly a great host. Also a really cozy little wine bar with a very intimate atmosphere.

The wine tasting was led by the owner Brav, who gave his knowledgeable and very engaging introduction to tasting natural wines. We tasted a wide range of wines in a playful atmosphere, a great way to explore your own taste in wines. The possibilities in the pairing with cheeses were also nicely described
We had a wonderful experience tasting wine and cheese with Olivia and Brave. They were very knowledgeable about the wine, and were just really fun to hang out with.
We enjoyed the wine & cheese tasting tremendously. Our hosts were very welcoming, personable and knowledgeable. We left feely much more confident in our ability to order a good bottle and a new appreciation for natural wine. Highly recommend!
Had the most amazing experience staff were incredible and made the wine tasting the most comfortable and enjoyable, I felt like a local and was able to have such amazing conversation with the staff. Even saw them out on our travels and they stopped us and remembered us!! 100% must book
