Det hela börjar med en varm kopp te eller kaffe innan du hoppar direkt in i tillverkningen av din egen smörig croissant, Pain au Chocolat (eller choklad croissant) och Pain au Raisin! Små grupper om 8 låter kocken noga följa hur du lär dig nya färdigheter och kunskaper. Upptäck först utrustningen, ingredienserna och teorin bakom tillverkningen av croissanten. Du kommer att göra det från grunden med kvalitetsingredienser som vi valt från våra lokala producenter. Sedan börjar det knåda fördegen. Du kommer att förse den sista ingrediensen med kaveln när du kavlar ut den färdiga degen som du kommer att forma dina egna bakverk av! Tiden gör resten medan de vilar och bakar. Det hela slutar bra med provsmakning av det du har bakat och den alltid lärorika pratstunden om din resa till Paris. Vi som kockar ger dig gärna våra kulinariska råd, rekommendationer och åsikter och lär oss också av dig. Glöm inte att ta bort resterna!

Lara was so engaging and we really enjoyed the class. It was a group of 8 and we all had a lot of laughs and friendly banter. A great experience and so pleased to have tried something different.
This class was outstanding...and well received! She did a wonderful job explaining the process, the whys behind it, and the outcomes were amazing! We LOVED this class!
This experience is informative, a lot of fun and delicious especially if you have a great pastry chef like Rosalie! My husband and I were with a fun group of other inexperienced croissant bakers. Rosalie went over and beyond to work with us on each step of the process. We were surprised to learn how long, fragile and detailed the process is. At the end of our time we were able to eat out freshly made croissants and also took home a bag for later. We enjoyed for breakfast days after! Don't miss this! Well executed class in a charming cooking school space. Instructor engaged all participants and provided clear instruction ensuring our croissants and pain au chocolat turned out well. Highly recommend this experience.
I think everyone is nice however if we’re gonna work really hard for 2 1/2 hours to make croissants so I would at least want them to taste good Tasted more like yeast, and we were not asked if we liked them or not We donated our croissants to the homeless people outside I also think it was overpriced Our guy was really nice though and was pretty funny
My daughter and I had a fabulous time. Our teacher, Nicholas, was engaging, patient, explained everything along the way. The space is lovely and welcoming. Our croissants were delicious (and so was the coffee provided!) I recommend this experience very highly.
Was really fun. Our instructor was fantastic, very engaged and full of information. Made the morning just a blast.
Spontaneous family activity. Our daughter loves to bake so we like encourage her. Professional bakery with a funny and professional baker. All of the activities were kid friendly. The croissants were amazing
The class was quite interesting and fun for everyone in the family. But making croissant at home will be extremely difficult yet!
This was such a fun and authentic experience! Our kids (10 and 13) loved it. I’m not sure I would bring kids much younger than that since it requires a fair amount of muscle to roll out the dough several times. Our instructors were fun and knowledgeable. And the croissants turned out delicious- definitely the best we’ve ever tried. I highly recommend this class!
