It worked fine, but there was one address given by Viator and another one from the actual company that manages the storage. They were side by side but not fun to go back and forward with luggages. People working in the caffe were the luggages were stored were not friendly.
Near Pont Neuf metro station. It’s in Café des Artes. Staff were very helpful. Easy, no drama, secure!
My friend ended up getting sick the night before and couldn't get out to use your services, we dont have any real knowledge about the service
Never used this type of service before and was thrilled by the ease and convenience and security. Would definitely do it again.
It was an awful experience. I arrived solo by taxi at the designated location after going inside the restaurant they told me I was at the wrong place and sent me somewhere else so I had to drag a huge suitcase through several blocks over cobblestone streets. My GPS kept taking me back to the original location so they reluctantly let me leave my luggage there. When I came back later in the day to pick up my luggage, no one would help me carry it up a long winding staircase. It weighed close to 50 pounds and I am over 70 years old. Eventually, some kind customers of the restaurant did assist me.
Positives: Great location right next to The Louvre. Baggage left secured in a locked room. Good value. Negatives: Terrible email confirmation/details in tiny, barely legible font giving two different drop off addresses in different emails. Almost felt like a chore for the Host.
This service was wonderful! We arrived at 7 AM and couldn't check into our room until 3. We dropped our stuff off and it was all safe and sound by the time we arrived back. Great service! It was our first time using it.
Very safe! The staff was very nice as well Highly recommend. Luggage was stored in a locked room, and the man was there early. Not too expensive, great experience
Very convenient for visiting the Louvre or anyplace in the area. They charge the same price for each piece of luggage (we had three bags and three backpacks. If you are going to tour the Louvre they have storage units for the backpacks, wish we’d known). Be aware, the storage room is downstairs, and the stairs are a bit narrow, circular, and steep. And you have to carry your luggage down yourself. A little difficult with large bags.
Paris is Big city and usually when you visit a big city you have the problem of the luggage in your last day and the dilemma if bring it with you AO let them in the hotel. Fortunately I have found Stasher in Paris that allow me to complete my visit at Louvre Museum and 59 Rivoli, and have my luggage close to me ready for go ti the airport without to go back in to the hote to retrieve them. Tanks Stasher.
