This was lovely. We use this company to get us to the hotel and the driver was so nice. He helped us with the bags and made conversation in French with my husband the entire ride there. Very courteous and timely and it was not hard to find the driver at all.

I booked RT transfer from CDG into the city, and was so pleased that both drivers were precisely on time! Their communication was also very good. It was just me, so a bit expensive for just one passenger but so worth it to have a clean car with courteous driver!

I paid $155.00 for upgraded premium private care service for transport from airport to Paris hotel. The standard rate for Uber is $53.00 and I paid three times that rate for a premium service. The driver that pick me up called here when they me from WhatsApp, held a paper made sign up with my name and transported me in a beat up old car with a child’s car seat next to me. The driver spoke Russian and no English and this is well below expectation for a premium car service.
Dear customer, you have booked a standard service. Your voucher states that the car will be a standard class. Where did you come up with a car take a premium class??? The photo is worth the standard class of a Volkswagen car. The amount that you paid is the minimum for the transfer, from your amount 27% comes from the tripadvisor commission. We don't get the full amount. And next time be careful when you book.
I have used a car service before. This was not a professional driver, there was no meet and greet, there was no bottled water. He did not speak English. Lastly, I had no bt to buckle. At $157 I would have done better with Uber.
This driver was awesome! He picked me up right outside the baggage claim area with a sign that had my name on it. He was on time, too! He took one of my suitcases and we went to his car, a black Jaguar sedan. He was helpful, a safe driver, and spoke good English--he was very patient with all my questions as well. He pulled up to the hotel within about 50 minutes and helped me with my suitcases to the hotel door. I would definitely this company again!

The car was comfortable and the driver was fast also reliable. We request pick up at 5.15 am, very early in the morning but the driver had standby in front of our pick up location just in time. Very good services!
