Paraty Jeep Tour: Vattenfall & Cachaça Small-Group Experience

We had the opportunity to know the services offered by Jango Tour during our stay in Paraty. From the first contact via WhatsApp, after the acquisition of the tour, where they showed a lot of cordiality, sympathy and attention regarding the clarification of doubts. From concern in knowing where we were staying to offer,if possible, the translation at the door what happened and we were very grateful. From the driver and guide "Argentino more Carioca" Guillermo who was fantastic in driving, in the explanations, as a guide what made the experience even more valuable. The route followed the offer and met our expectations. We recommend, congratulate those involved and thank you for the striking hours.

My recent experience with the Jango Tours tourism services could have been better. Although the gentleness of the driver was remarkable, the safety of the vehicle, a Bandeirante jeep, was a factor of great concern. The car demonstrated obvious mechanical failures, with inconsistent running engines as well as difficulty starting, requiring help for “gambiarra” that would allow to religate it. The vehicle requires urgent technical review. In addition, the script can be enriched. The selected place for lunch could be clearly disclosed earlier. The lunch option at the Tarzan well proved unsatisfactory, especially when stops like the Paratiana Cachaçaria proved more interesting and could have offered a superior gastronomic alternative. As for the valuation of local products, I noticed a disagreement with expectations. Although the Paratiana Cachaçaria provided a pleasant tasting of regional cachaça and jelly, the offer of products from other regions, notably from Minas Gerais, was expressive. The same applied to the "Queijaria Santa Lola", which, despite the name, offered predominantly mining cheeses and little variety, without a significant differential or the authentic representation of local production. The absence of honey tasting, a genuinely regional product, for example, was especially frustrating. I believe that with due attention to vehicle safety and a strategic review of the offering of truly local experiences and products, Jango Tours has a vast potential to significantly elevate the quality and authenticity of its services. I hope these observations contribute to continuous improvement.

Wonderful!! The Ninja, tour guide, is an example of sympathy and receptivity!! He was unique, with an incredible vibe, introducing Paraty to us in a unique way! The waterfalls are phenomenal and the alambics are amazing, the Arac cachaça is wonderful!! Ninja, congratulations on your charisma, professionalism and excellent work, your knowledge about Paraty is to be applauded on your feet!! Note a thousand, super recommend!!
