Whitney and Danilo made the trip fabulous! They were friendly, knowledgeable and definitely had a system to get everyone up in the air and enjoying Waikiki from the skies! I was skeptical at first but would do it again in a heartbeat! It is evident those two enjoy their jobs and have fun everyday!
We had the best time! Don’t be afraid! Is one of the most calming experiences I’ve ever had. I wasn’t expecting to be so relaxed. Great crew And a great time
Daniel and Davi were the best hosts!! Made the experience so much fun and easy going 10/10 recommend and would do again!

Amazing experience and they know what they're doing. Very friendly as well. They also do picture and they pay on the boat. I would definitely do this again next time.

They canceled our appointment 30 minutes before the time and said that the boat was not even available to be taken out and then only offered us times that were way later in the day, after we had been texting and calling with a representative prior to our booking.

We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience caused by the last-minute cancellation of your parasailing reservation. We completely understand how upsetting it must have been to have your plans disrupted only 30 minutes before your scheduled departure, especially after you had already been communicating with our team prior to your booking. Unfortunately, there are occasions when an unexpected issue affects the availability or operation of a vessel. When that happens, we have to prioritize the safety of our guests and crew and cannot take a boat out when it is not cleared to operate. While we are grateful that our team reached out as soon as the issue was confirmed, we recognize that the timing was extremely inconvenient and that the alternative times offered later in the day did not work for your plans. We also understand your frustration because you had made arrangements based on the scheduled time and had been in contact with a representative beforehand. We are sorry that we were unable to provide the experience you had planned for and that the alternatives we could offer did not fit your schedule. Safety is something we take very seriously, and although canceling a trip is never the outcome we want, we will always choose to cancel rather than operate when we cannot do so safely. At the same time, we know that doing so can have a real impact on our guests, particularly when they have limited time on Oahu and carefully planned their day around a reservation. We truly regret that this was your experience

Crew was very friendly, fun and helpful. They even went extra mile to make it memorable for our first time parasailing experience! My kids got a surprising extra dip in the water in the end and it was amazing! Highly recommended!
