Parasailing i Alicante

Quite okay experience. Picked up with a TUKTUK at the beach and driven out with a RIB to the boat that was going to take us up in parasailing. When we were finished with the activity, we stood waiting without anyone coming in a tuktuk to pick us up and return us to the beach where we were picked up. Felt like a money machine that didn't care about us after the experience was over.

Booking very easy. But with very little information given - what to wear/ what to take / what to expect…? Office was disorganised with lots of rubbish on the floor. Giving little confidence in the service. Staff were friendly - but instructions were poor on what to do, wait times etc. The experience of parasailing itself was wonderful (if a little short)- but photos were taken by staff without consent or being offered to us. . Customer experience could do with an up lift for the price of this experience. We would do parasailing again, but not with this company.

This was an awesome experience! The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The views when up in the air are spectacular! Highly recommended!

The treatment from the person who puts the harness on you was unpleasant. He was acting despotically. We asked him to send us the photos and his answer was, "No, this is my personal number, as you will understand, give me another way to send them to you." He did not give us his hand when embarking or disembarking, however, he did to the other couple, even though he was a man. On my sister's recommendation, I risked doing this activity. Since she had an excellent experience with another team of people with music, drinks, and pleasant treatment. For me, with this person, I felt discomfort and fear. A terrible experience. Easy to book - booked the day before through tripadvisor, received information via whatsapp immediately about location and a form to fill out before going and meet-up time. They answered all out questions pretty quickly. Very nice people in their little office who speaks English pretty well, friendly and good instructors - fun boat ride with music, parasailing time as promised and it was also okay to stay in the boat - my partner went up in the air while I stayed because I’m terrified of hights but wanted to support him. Very nice pictures with good quality camera was taken - sad it was not included but 15 euros was okay price extra. And got a soda at the end.

Absolutely phenomenal experience. Great crew, great group!! Only downside ( and it was a BIG ONE) was that we never could get anyone to respond to our request to obtain photos that were taken by the crew while we were on the boat and/or in the air.

It was great!!! So much fun!!! We loved it!!! Jodi and Enriqué were nice, fun and professional!!! Highly recommend!!!!!

It has been an unforgettable experience and the staff was very friendly. I would return without a doubt.

Perfection from the beginning to the end of the activity. We are guided to find the meeting point (the port is very large). The welcome is warm and multilingual, the activity super fun and safe.

Exceptional experience! Staff couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. Even after we got lost and showed up late. They were so helpful and got us on the tour the next day. So professional. We were in safe and professional hands. Fantastic photos too!!! Highly recommend. Will definitely use again. Sarah & Jonathan
