Great guide, lots of interesting information. Seeing it up close makes a real difference. The iMax movie really helps understand the magnitude of what they accomplished... and why they did it.

The tour was fantastic, with perfect weather and a knowledgeable, friendly guide who provided insightful information about Panama. The vehicle was clean, spacious, and had great air conditioning. The price was reasonable and worth it for what was included. However, I encountered some issues with the company. Despite selecting an English-speaking guide, they sent someone who only spoke Spanish, so I had to translate as much as I could for my husband, which was frustrating. Additionally, I chose airport pickup, but the company unexpectedly requested an extra $15 each way, claiming that the listed price only applied to downtown Panama pickups. This important detail was not specified on their website, and they only clarified it the day before the tour. I booked three days in advance and prefer having all the information clear before the free cancellation deadline, not the day before when I’m dealing with luggage, flights, and airport logistics where I might not have internet or service. Unfortunately, any clarification or response from the company is always given the day before. Despite these issues, I would use their service again and recommend it. Now I know what to expect.

This was supposed to be an a tour in English. Our tour guide had very little English. Very hard to understand him. Disappointing.

Very professional and knowledgeable; was accommodating to see/visit other points of interest. Loved the historical facts.
Seeing the Miraflores locks was awesome, but the lack of advanced confirmation of a specific pick up time was frustrating. Also, due to a start time of 14:30, dusk was approaching after our time at the locks. Alfredo, our tour guide was very nice and knowledgeable.
Our guide Edwin was awesome! He took us all over, & gave us much info on the history & culture of Panama. 🇵🇦 Highly recommend this Tour 👍🏽👍🏽

The Panama canal tour was interesting but very relaxing activity. The narrators ensured that it was done not only in spanish but clearly in english. The meals and refreshments were quite adequate for everyone on the tour
I really liked my excursion. Fairly priced for the things I experienced. I would have rated five stars if the cost of the Locks were included (cost was ONLY for a reservation NOT a ticket) and if my tour guide spoke a bit more English.
Although Alfredo was nice, but because the canal closed we couldn't enjoy a full experience. We did not get a change to walk through Casco Viejo. Spent most of It in the car. It was ok
