History lesson in the streets of Casco Viejo 🇵🇦✨ Sometimes the best classrooms don’t have four walls. Walking through these historic streets, seeing the architecture, hearing the stories, and experiencing the culture firsthand has been such a beautiful reminder of how much history lives in the places we visit. Panama, you’ve been teaching me more than I expected. ❤️🇵🇦
An enjoyable ride with a friendly and well-informed guide. The stop at the fish market was a bit longer than expected, but not unpleasant. Was happy to sample the ceviche.
This bike tour around Casco Viejo was amazing. Stefan was an exceptional tour guide, and he was willing to continue the tour with me even with the heavy rainfall that started a few minutes into the trip. A smooth 7-mile ride through several parts of town was just what I needed on my trip here to Panama City. If you're into history, bikes, and good vibes, I highly recommend the tour.

Tip: book your tour on Sunday, then take the tour on the highway with a great view of the city and a lovely breath of fresh air.
