Great experience, enthouastic chefs and very good explanation. The food was great! Perfect for groups or as couple.
If you’re visiting Palermo, this cooking class is an absolute must-do. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. Chef Liola and Chef Fredrico were incredibly kind, patient, generous, and welcoming. They created such a warm, relaxed, and fun atmosphere that everyone in our group felt comfortable from the very beginning. Their passion for Sicilian cuisine was contagious, and they made every step of the experience enjoyable and easy to follow. We learned how to make fresh pasta completely from scratch, including a delicious pesto and walnut pasta and beautiful ravioli served with a rich tomato and aubergine sauce. To finish, we made an unbelievably delicious chocolate gelato that was the perfect ending to the meal. Everything we made was fresh, authentic, and absolutely incredible. The class struck the perfect balance between being educational and entertaining. There was no stressful cleanup or heavy work—just the fun part of cooking! The staff constantly cleared away utensils, kept everything spotless, and had fresh equipment ready for us throughout the class. The marble countertops, beautiful kitchen, comfortable seating, and spotless bathrooms made the entire experience feel professional yet incredibly welcoming. The atmosphere was one of the highlights. There was lots of laughter, great conversation, and wonderful energy throughout the entire class. We enjoyed cold drinks and white wine alongside the pasta we had prepared, making it feel like a true Sicilian gathering rather than just a cooking lesson. For a class lasting roughly 2½ to 3 hours, the value is exceptional. It’s surprisingly affordable for such a memorable, high-quality experience. Every single person in our group had an amazing time and agreed we’d happily do it again if we were staying in Palermo longer. I wholeheartedly recommend this class to couples, solo travelers, families with children, and groups of friends. It’s perfect for anyone who loves good food, good company, and unforgettable experiences. I also can’t wait to visit one of their other locations and take another class in a different city. Thank you, Chef Liola and Chef Fredrico, for giving us one of the most memorable experiences of our trip to Sicily. This is a memory I’ll cherish forever.

Lidia and Frederico were excellent instructors. They were so welcoming, and made this hands on experience unforgettable. There was plenty of food made and enjoyed by all. Highly recommend!

We really had a great time. The Salvo and Lidia were amazing hosts and chefs. We learnd a lot of new skills that brought us delicious food at the end of the workshop. The place was very clean, nice and homie. After all we are going home with great experience and lot of knew and useful knowledge of italian cousine.
Fun experience, our instructor was so funny and helpful when you didnt understand anything. The portions were bigger than you'd expect and extremely delicious. Im a chef and even i learned more than i expected. Its also really great that you can get the recipes to make at home!
