Hoppa med oss in i hjärtat av Palermo, Siciliens huvudstad, och upptäck hur hundraåriga recept har format det Italienska köket världen över. Tillsammans kommer vi att gräva i den historiska stadskärnan och La Kalsa, en av dess äldsta stadsdelar, som speglar en tid av arabiskt styre. Vi kommer att introducera dig till hantverkarna bakom Palermos rika smaker, upptäcka exotiska och Mellanöstern influenser i siciliansk mat historia, och uppleva hisnande vyer. Quattro Canti, eller "Fyra hörn", är ett barocktorg som ligger i korsningen av två huvudgator i hjärtat av Palermo, prydd med utsmyckade barockfasader, fontäner och statyer som representerar de fyra årstiderna.
Njut av en liten cannolo på en historisk Pasticceria (konditori) i Palermo sedan 1960. Beläget i en charmig 1800-talsbutik, känd för sin kvalitet.

We had a great walking food tour of Palermo with Benedetto as our guide. He was informative and entertaining. The food stops were fantastic and were stuffed by the end of it. Highly recommend this tour with Benedetto!
Benedetto was a fantastic guide and was very engaging and informative about Sicilian food culture and wines. He provided a lot of historical information about how certain recipes came into existence. He was able to get the group to interact with each other making it a very fun evening. I highly recommend this tour and if you can get Benny, you'll be very fortunate! I felt like the fee was reasonable was perfect.

This tour was fantastic! Inno was a great guide and kept us entertained with stories and history throughout the tour. The food vendors were lovely and all the food was delicious. My favorites were the bacon wrapped sausage and the cannoli at the end. Highly recommend!

The food was good, but it didn't excite us very much. We had much better food tours in other cities. And during our 4 days in Palermo, we found some food spots where we enjoyed the food much more!
