My partner and I loved this experience and we could not recommend it more! We booked it as something to do to celebrate my birthday, and it was the cherry on top of a wonderful day. Juan and Cian were absolutely brilliant and were both so knowledgeable about the food and wine. The class started with some cava and nibbles whilst our group learned some local paella history, before moving to the kitchen where we began cooking with Juan and Cian kept our glasses filled with white wine and provided hors d'oeuvres (delish by the way). We got to choose which type of paella we cooked (traditional Valencian with rabbit and chicken, seafood or vegetable) . Not sure how Juan managed to keep track of all the different paellas cooking times, but he did, and gave each group help where needed. Once it was time to sit and eat our paellas as a group, we were served red wine and then were given a delicious traditional Valencian sponge cake for dessert. We even bought a bottle of wine at the end because we enjoyed it so much. Worth every single penny and would 1000% recommend you book this activity whilst visiting Valencia!

Just wow. From the historic intro to the market tour to the guidance for cooking to the quality of ingredients— this is a must-do in Valencia.
What an amazing experience. Daniel was very pleasant, extremely knowledgable (seeing as he’s from Valencia) and his skills as a Chef made us feel as if we’ve been doing this for years. The facilities and kitchen were very nice. If you can book the early timeframe I would suggest it so that you can walk through the alleys on your way to the market with him to pick up some of the produce for your paella. At the facilities, Pau was waiting for us with our ‘Welcome’ cava. He then continued to speak and introduce us to the wines we would be tasting during our experience as well as some tapas. Daniel and Pau worked in tandem like a well oiled machine and you’d be missing out on one of the best Valencia experiences if you book anywhere else. Muchisimas gracias a los dos y hasta la proxima 10/10.
Fun engaging activity for family with adult children. The host was enthusiastic and charismatic. We didn’t understand everything he said, but who cared? Wine generously flowed, and we enjoyed learning more about the history of paellas and its traditions, and making our own. We had an interesting group representing several countries in our paella class.
Amazing experience - Dan was very fun and knowledgable. The cooking experience was very educational, and it also helps that they provided wine tasting and also snacks, overall a very pleasant experience that would recommend!

Juan gave a charismatic and knowledgeable paella cooking class. The social style was inclusive and fun, the dishes were excellent
Daniel was an excellent teacher. He kept the class fun but provided a lot of history and education. We really enjoyed our lesson, the variety of wines offered, and, of course, the delicious paella. I would highly recommend this experience.
