We had the best experience at this class!! Carlos is amazing, he is a great teacher and our paella was incredible!! I highly recommend you take this class!
For my first ever cooking class this was amazing! Carlos was An amazing host and perfect leader!! Our paella was amazing and the churros were my favorite part! WE LOVE YOU CARLOS!

We had an excellent cooking class with Carlos. He took us to the market, explained the history and then took us back to the kitchen. We made Sangria, gazpacho, paella and churros. Carlos was so knowledgeable, made the class fun and shared lots of Spanish history. Highly recommend
We went to the market first, was able to walk around and grab some treats before the class. Carlos was amazing; friendly, funny, and informative. We each took part in making the Gazpacho and sangria before dividing into pairs for our paella and Carlos made us churros for dessert. A lovely day to say the least.

We were lucky enough to take part in the paella cooking class with Carlos and absolutely loved it! It turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. On top of learning how to make a great paella – along with a few other Spanish delicacies – we learned a lot about the local history and culture. The visit to the local market was also a great part of the experience, with Carlos sharing interesting stories and insights along the way. We were a group of 15 people, but Carlos made a real effort to talk to everyone and make everyone feel included. He was professional and knowledgeable, and also created a really fun and relaxed atmosphere with his jokes. I'd highly recommend the cooking class! My only tip would be to do it on your first day, or at least near the beginning of your trip, as you’ll learn a lot that will make you appreciate Málaga and its food even more during the rest of your stay.
Great experience with a wonderful ambiance! We got a history of where the recipes comes from. Carlos had enthusiasm in his presentation. Will definitely recommend to others
