Good day I canceled the excursion for 9/19/26 via email with Tripadvisor 2 days before the start. This was done via WhatsApp one day later also by means of a mobile number from my place of stay, the Riad dar darcom, because I do not have WhatsApp myself. Obviously, my cancellation was not forwarded by Tripadvisor to the operator Viator. Viator did not respond to the WhatsApp notification from my Riad, which included the booking number, either. With another booking for 9/17/26 to Essaouira, I had to realize that nothing works at all with Viator. Before that, I received countless emails where I was asked to enter the pickup location. I did that at least. 3 times. I received a confirmation that everything was O.K. However, this did not work at all with Viator. So I showed up at the pickup point 22 min. early anyway and waited a full 40 min. No sign of Viator. Apparently, no other travelers booked this excursion either. Now, because I am not reachable via WhatsApp, because I do not want to have WhatsApp due to criminality, I also canceled the excursion after next to Ouzoud Waterfalls. Only the 2nd. Booking of a Marrakech tour on 9/18/26 worked without any problems. I would like to have the money refunded for the Ouzoud Waterfalls.

Ouzoud Waterfalls
Overall a pleasant day, with our guide Youssef who showed us the argan oil production workshop and then the visit to the Ouzoud waterfalls and lunch by the water, a very pleasant moment. A good point for our driver Mouloud, a real pro.

I honestly didn't expect...
I honestly didn't expect to find such a beautiful waterfall in a country that's partly covered by the Sahara Desert! The tour ran smoothly and was great for kids too. Our guide was excellent. I'd definitely recommend it.

Ouzoud Falls is a must-do!
Great day, visit to the foot of the waterfall was awesome! The only small downside is the pickup: the app specified the street of our Riad while the guide had another location. But other than that, I recommend this excursion!! The guide Youness was wonderful!
