Had the best night with Kevin on the hidden backstreet foodie tour. It totally delivered what it said it would and more. Kevin is a great host and was a hit even with the teenagers. We moved around the backstreets to sample local treats and rarely saw a tourist. Kevin went over and above to make sure our short visit to Osaka (we came in for the tour from Kyoto) gave a sense of the city. Would totally recommend.
Had a blast eating food and learning about Japan with Tommy and Kevin.

You could tell he genuinely loves what he does, and his enthusiasm was contagious. If you’re considering this tour, I highly recommend asking for Kevin. Tommy was outstanding! This walking food tour was a surprise package and completely made our visit to Osaka. We not only discovered amazing local food and hidden gems that we’d never be able to find on our own, but Tommy’s local knowledge, warmth, humour and energy made our night an unforgettable one. An Aussie who speaks perfect Japanese and has lived in Osaka for almost a decade was the perfect combo for a tour guide. I could not recommend Namba Food tours more highly. I had a fantastic time at the street food tour with Tommy as guide. We went to 5 different restaurants and I tried lots of different Japanese cuisines. My favourite was the octopus balls. Tommy was a great guide and I highly recommend the street food tour.
