We're sorry you were disappointed with your experience. However, your tickets were purchased through Tripadvisor, and all reservations made through their platform are subject to both Tripadvisor's booking policies and GTS Theatre's admission policies, which are clearly provided BEFORE your purchase is completed. There is only so much we can do to ensure guests arrive on time. Your arrival requirements and our admission policies are clearly displayed during the booking process before your purchase is finalized. Tripadvisor also sends confirmation and reminder communications regarding your reservation. In addition, GTS Theatre sends a text message to the phone number you provided on the day of the performance reminding you of your show time, the required arrival time, and that late arrivals will not be admitted. GTS Theatre has a strict no late seating policy because admitting guests after the performance has begun would disrupt both the cast and the experience of every guest who arrived on time. This policy is enforced consistently for every guest, without exception. On the evening of your performance, the show proceeded as scheduled for the other 124 guests who arrived on time and were seated before the doors closed. Unfortunately, your inability to arrive before the published admission deadline was not the result of any action by GTS Theatre. It was solely the result of your failure to arrive within the required admission window. When the booking policies, confirmation emails, reminder notifications, and the day-of-performance text message are all disregarded, the responsibility does not rest with the theatre. We fulfilled our obligations by presenting the performance as scheduled, clearly communicating our policies, and providing multiple advance reminders. We cannot accept responsibility for a guest's personal time management or travel planning. While we understand that missing a performance is disappointing, the facts in this case are clear. GTS Theatre honored every obligation associated with your reservation, and the performance was enjoyed by the other 124 guests who arrived on time. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the very best in your future travels.

One thing many guests don't realize is that when tickets are purchased through third-party sellers like Viator, they retain a large portion of the ticket price, which ultimately does not support the cast or GTS Theatre. Because of this, the only seats allocated to third-party ticket purchasers are the last two rows of our theatre. Guests who book directly through GTS Theatre have access to our VIP, Gold, and Red seating sections and receive the best available seating based on when they purchase their tickets. We truly appreciate your visit and hope you'll join us again. Next time, we encourage you to book directly through GTS Theatre so you can enjoy the best seating options while directly supporting the performers and the theatre.
