Prompt service with excellent communication. The driver contacted me the morning of the ride about two hours prior with instructions on where to meet.

The transportation service “Ride in Seattle” had zero communication with me after my purchase on Viator other than the auto message on the receipt that said where to meet and at what time. I met at the location at 11am just as specified. I waited until 11:15 and then called the number listed in the ticket. Someone answered “HELLO?” Not like a business would. I thought maybe I had misdialed. I asked if they were the transportation service I had booked. “Oh, yes. Yes”, the voice said. Immediately I thought I had been scammed. This didn’t feel professional at all. I explained I had purchased the Pier 66 to airport ticket and was at the location they specified and had been for 15 minutes. The voice said “Oh. Let me call your driver then.” And hung up. About four minutes later I got a call back and told the driver was at the other pier (despite this being a ticket which is titled “Pier 66 transfer”. The voice said “he is coming to you now. It will be like 15 mins.” That turned into another 22 mins. I was actively ordering rideshare at the 20 min mark because I didn’t think anyone was coming when I got another call, this time from the driver himself. He said he was approaching and would be parking alongside a large green bus. At 46 minutes after the pick up time, the shuttle arrived. It was a large Mercedes van that was in great shape and clean. My driver seemed surprised that I was the only one going to the airport, seemingly expecting more people to be with me. I have no idea why as I only booked one for transfer and assumed he would know this. The driver was otherwise pleasant and respectful. However, after the 25 minute ride to the airport, he asked if he could drop me off on the Arrivals floor instead of Departures as it would save him time because he “was behind schedule”, likely because he was at the wrong port to begin with and not at all prepared to receive me when they said they would be. Fortunately my flight was booked very late in the day and I still had time, but if you are planning on using this service to get you from one spot to another in a tight timeframe, look elsewhere.

The driver was on time, very helpful with our luggage, and was very friendly. We appreciated him being in touch with us a little bit beforehand, and was great at helping us find him when he arrived.

The ship docked at a different pier and when I tried calling the number that you supplied it was a wrong number! How was that for service? Luckily a friendly man on the pier sorted it out and we got our ride to the airport, but no thanks to you!

Prompt pick up. Had reserved a shuttle van shared with others. We called for pick up and as van was full from other port they sent a private car. He showed up in 10 minutes and was great, very nice to have private car when you were expecting shuttle bus.

To be punctual, the car was clean and nice.Gave us good advice on our way to the airport. To get out from the car at the arrivals because of heavy traffic

We booked the service online, in less than 24 hours before needing it. They were available, on time, friendly, safe and fast. The price was very reasonable, slightly less than a cab or an Uber and they're was a lot more space for us and our luggage. I highly recommend using them.

Experience was exceptional. Driver arrived early and was more than helpful loading large suitcases for 6 passengers and an electric wheelchair. Van was extremely nice and had plenty of room for our large group. Driver was excellent too!

I had never used Viator before. This turned out to be a very positive experience. Shuttle on time. Driver both texted and called to make sure we were ready for a transferer. Picked us up at our hotel and dropped us off with no issues. When we returned from our cruise, I was a little nervous about pick up. There was no reason to worry. The driver texted me, I told the driver where I was at, and he picked me up with no issues. Highly recommend for all of your transfer needs.
