Detta är en liten gruppfotografisk expedition till de avlägsna stammarna i Omo Valley för att bevittna några av de sista återstående autentiska stammarna på den afrikanska kontinenten. Dessa fotografiska expeditioner tar dig på östra sidan av floden Omo. På denna fototur besöker du stammarna Konso, Hamer, Kara och Nyangatom. Du kommer att spendera ett par dagar på att besöka deras byar och blanda dig med de olika stammarna, lära sig deras livsstil, delta i ceremonier och ritualer och ta foton. Det kommer att finnas tillräckligt med tid med bra ljus på olika dagar för att fotografera deras dagliga aktiviteter, deras kropps- och ansiktsmålning, boskap, boskap och mer. Omo-dalen är isolerad från den snabbt rörande världen på grund av dess avlägsna plats i tusentals år, och är verkligen ett fristad för antropologer och fotografer som letar efter en unik fotografisk möjlighet till en mindre känd och sällan fotograferad region.

We had a great time in the Omo Valley all around Jinka although we have tightened time we visit a lot of tribes like Caro, Bena, Hamer... and including the Bena market on the street. People of the Omo Valley are warm heart welcoming people with their culture me and friend had a great Experience. special thanks the organizer Gashu and Eyu and the great Your guider and best Photographer Dr. Hamer with his driver. Hopefully we gonna meet again 😁

We were lucky in travelling at a time with few tourists but had a fantastic time. The company was well organised and very honest. We had good information on the trip and what was expected. Our driver/guide was the perfect balance between giving us interesting information but at the same time allowing us to explore and ask questiions that interested us. The visits to traditional tribes were senstively done and visits were playful and fun. While we were in Addis the company took good care of us. Gasaw was very professional and attentive to our needs. He took us to a very traditional coffee shop which we woud never have found on our own . The traditional dinner dancing and singing was truely memoral.
