Designad med barn i åtanke, erbjuder Old San Juan Sightseeing Educational tour en 2-i-1-upplevelse inom historia och vetenskap, vilket ger familjekul designat för att hålla alla åldrar engagerade och lärande! Barn kommer att delta i en mängd spännande, handplockade vetenskapsexperiment på språng för att lära sig om Puerto Ricos historia, geologi, geografi, flora och fauna. Efter att ha träffats vid ingången till Compañía del Turismo vid La Princesa-promenaden kommer barn och vuxna att njuta av en guidad, berättad rundtur i de fem århundradenas historia i Old San Juan och Puerto Rico ledd av en certifierad guide, Ed.D. - Professor Nat. Smaskiga frysta traditionella Puerto Rican naturliga godsaker väntar barnen, och kaffe för de vuxna, under hela äventyret! Vi kommer att gå längs monumenten, befästningarna och sällsynta sevärdheter, lära oss om Puerto Rican och Old San Juans historia och planering. Barnens upplevelse är i fokus och vi rör oss i deras takt. ❤️

Här kommer barnen att få sina asätare för att starta ett roligt läroäventyr. San Juan Bay (spanska: Bahía de San Juan) är bukten och det huvudsakliga inloppet som gränsar till Old San Juan i nordöstra Puerto Rico. Det är bland de mest trafikerade karibiska hamnarna. Nu restaurerade La Princesa-fängelset är hem för Puerto Rican Tourism Company och ett anmärkningsvärt museum.
La Fortaleza är den officiella bostaden för guvernören i Puerto Rico. Den byggdes mellan 1533 och 1540 för att försvara hamnen i San Juan. Det är den äldsta verkställande herrgården i kontinuerlig användning i den nya världen. Det listades av UNESCO 1983 som en del av världsarvet.
Calle del Cristo, kallad "Cristo", är värd för flera monument i gamla San Juan, som Iglesia San Jose och Capilla de Cristo. Vi besöker den unika innergården och butikerna.
En av gamla San Juans mest emblematiska torg, Plaza de Armas, går tillbaka till den spanska kolonialtiden när det designades som stadens största torg. För att bättre kunna njuta av Plaza de Armas kommer vi att smaka berömt kaffe från påvarna och kungarna från den lokala legendariska platsen. Vi avslutar vår pedagogiska roliga rundtur här och jag rekommenderar gärna ställen att äta runt.

We had an absolutely fantastic tour of Old San Juan. The experience was both informative and enjoyable, with the perfect mix of history, culture, and local insights. Our guide was knowledgeable, engaging, and made the whole tour feel very personal rather than scripted. We discovered so many hidden spots and learned things we would have never found on our own. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Puerto Rico — it’s a must-do if you want to truly experience Old San Juan

The tour was great! We visited cool places in Old San Juan. One favorite place was the fishing dock and living quarters in the San Juan Bay. We saw a really narrow house, an old convent turned into a hotel, and the wall that surrounds the city. We learned about the history of Puerto Rico, and Prof Nat was so interesting. She also did some small science experiments with us and showed us examples of animals and plants of Puerto Rico. Prof Nat gave us delicious, local snacks along the way. Professor Nat was amazing. She gave a tour that kept both adults and children engaged even through a few rainy moments. She is a delight.
This was a great tour! Our tour guide provided us with an experience we will forever remember. She was absolutely amazing!
We had a wonderful tour with Professor Natalia. She met us right on time and took us on a great walking tour, explaining history of the island and pointing out information that was interesting to our kids (ages 7 and 10). She brought with her a bunch of scientific specimens from around the island and let the kids take a break from the walking to sit in the shade and look at everything she brought, explaining everything to them and letting them touch the items. The kids had a great time. We learned a lot! She kept offering to take photos of us as a family, which is nice since we don't often take photos of all 4 of us. I recommend this tour for families! She also does an adult only tour. It was easy to find the tourism office on google maps to meet, but you might want to ask for her number to meet up if you have any issues. There is also a parking lot across the street that is inexpensive.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Prof Natalia! We had such a wonderful and stress free morning in OSJ. We experienced everything I had in my mind I wanted to see, our kids (8 and 5) were engaged the entire time and they are still talking about her after we got home. She brought us adults some of her homemade sangria-the best drink we had on the island! Even helped us get a table at Cafe Manolin after the tour and explained the specials, as they were in Spanish and we are not fluent. She has so much knowledge and love for PR, we cannot wait to come back and book another tour with her. If you are on the fence about booking a tour in OSJ (or any other area in PR)-do it! Don’t get caught in the tourist trap-go off the beaten path and learn about the culture with Prof Nat-truly amazing!

Nataliya was a wonderful tour guide! She was full of history and information about how PR became to be the cultural mix it is today. Her tour was informational, inspiring and most of all fun. We where a family of 4 with two teen girls and Nataliya was able to make it fun and engaging for them! Her mixture of Science, History and local knowledge of Old San Juan was enjoyed by us all. This is a great tour for families and I have no doubt she could even keep the youngest kids engaged through the tour. I highly recommend looking her up.

Nataliya was a wonderful tour guide! She was extremely knowledgeable and shared so much valuable information with us we left feeling like we had a good understanding of the history of Puerto Rico. In addition she was so patient and kind even with our most difficult child. She kept our young children (ages 2,6, 9) engaged the entire time! She answered all of their questions, showed them many interesting things and completed many science experiments with them. I would highly recommend Nataliya to anyone traveling with young kids in Puerto Rico. She does a variety of tours to different parts of the island. We enjoyed her so much we took another one of her whole day tours a couple days after the city tour. This tour was just as awesome!
