Pamela was fantastic, born and raised here she shared a lot of knowledge and historical insight. Plus who knew I would like poutine?
What a fun tour! Our guide, Pamela, was terrific. She gave us just enough history to understand the culture and food of Quebec, took us to a variety of restaurants and gave us an understanding of the food we were sampling. She really made the experience fun and informative.

What a wonderful food tour of Quebec! We went to five different restaurants and the food was excellent at each one and a great sampling of Quebec cuisine. Our guide Maude was very knowledgeable about the food and also shared the history of the city. Highly recommended!

The guide managed the group size with approximately 12-14 people. All the restaurants had impressive samples and there was a large variety of food items.that we would have never tried on our own. This tour gave a taste of the Quebecoise culture through their food. We have been on a variety of food tours around the world and this one was above average and worth the money and valuable tourist time. At the end of the tour the guide provided her personal top picks.
