Our family had a great experience at Chankanaab. I would highly recommend booking the day pass with snorkeling. We got two free drinks each, lunch, tequila tasting and our snorkeling gear included with that pass. Felipe and his team that took care of us were wonderful!
Leo was wonderful taking care of us. We had a family of 5 and he gave special attention snorkeling to our grandmother and our 5 year old. Very patient and kind with thorough explanation of all options for our day at the park. Excellent lunch was included.
We loved Leonel! He was very helpful!
Do not book. No show. Viator provided refund. This resulted in standing in the sun waiting for the tour. Obviously a no show. Had to taxi to the park only to learn access was not available. Spoiled our stop in Cozumel.

Easy to book, easy to get in, beautiful beach with good lunch and drinks included. The snorkeling was amazing—lots of fish, coral, very safe, awesome, and highly recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy nature. Customer service: Super B! 5 stars. My guide Leonel was the best! Felipe and all the staff were so friendly and attentive! We enjoyed seeing Chankanaab again after 36 years! Lots of changes for the better! Loved our snorkeling experience. Bought a package of underwater pictures taken while snorkeling from Osvaldo the photo team! That was awesome! Loved our visit!
We usually go to Paradise Beach when we are in Cozumel, but the pricing has become so expensive. We decided to try Chankanaab Park this time and we are so glad we did. We ended up on the part of the beach away from the pool and more lively area. It was so quiet and peaceful. The staff was very nice and we had the most peaceful and relaxing day. In fact we didn't even realize that there was a real party going on over by the pool until we walked over to see the cute little sea lion show. The food was good. We didn't drink alcohol, so I can't comment on the drinks. This area is much more of a snorkeling type beach, very rocky and not the sandy slow slope of walking into the water like PB, but still beautiful. We would absolutely go back here. The botanical gardens were so pretty and you can walk around and enjoy nature or just lie in your chair on the beach. We loved it.
We did some snorkeling today. It was amazing! And so relaxing! Phillipe was our guide. He did a great job! He was very thorough. The guys at Waikiki beach bar and restaurant were fabulous as well! Chakanaab is a wonderful place! Highly recommend!
Had a great visit at Chnkanaab. About 10 minutes from the International Port where our cruise ship stopped. Our guide Leonel (Rey Leon) was extremely helpful getting us to the right place and setup to snorkel.
